Room was very big and light, good Aircon. Very good location - close to the Water Bomb water park, beach, shopping, airport. Despite being close to the Main Street the rooms are quiet and tucked away from the noise. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The shower room needs renovating - the ceiling was mouldy and water was leaking from the ceiling. The maintenance guy came to check on it but it needs a proper reno to fix the issue. The pool area was great to chill except that you are facing the very big concrete wall off the next door building which is not shown on the properties advertised site.

This was my second stay in 10 day period. I stayed in a Deluxe room the week before and a standard this time. The hotel facilities and breakfast were the same-excellent. There was a little difference in the standards of the rooms - the Deluxe was cleaner (walls) and sliding doors to balcony. The walls in standard were a bit marked and a door to the balcony but the room was still fine. I would stay in the standard again. About 60,000rp difference. All staff (reception, breakfast, cleaners, yard) are exceptional in service. Location excellent. I would definitely stay again

The Aircon wasn't as good and at times it was hot for me in the room. But overall all it's ok the staff came and fixed it.

We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago. We had a party of 15, and had a great time. Some chose to return. The staff were amazing, there wasn't anything they wouldn't do to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. My wife fell down the stairs through no fault of the hotel, she was on her phone, and they moved us immediately to the ground floor, a free upgrade to a better, larger room. They insisted that was the least they could do, and checked in regularly on us to make sure that our stay was comfortable.

The hotel could use an upgrade and I stall a lift, however the staff did carry our suitcases up and down the stairs.

Excellent location in the centre of Kuta and easy walk to beach. Room clean, average size. Excellent wifi, TV ( many English channels), quiet AC, fridge, kettle, hot water, toiletries. Set breakfast choices but tasty & well presented. Good pool set in lovely garden surroundings. Staff - excellent, friendly & helpful & always wanting to please. I can’t find any fault with hotel. And you can hire scooter across road from hotel - very convenient

A very nice hotel right in the middle of a pretty tree lined busy street. Many styles are f restaurants and a few 7/11’s just on your doorstep. Step inside the hotel like a quiet oasis. Just the trickle of water from the fish/garden ponds which separate the buildings. The rooms are of a great standard. Very clean and very comfy beds. Blackout curtains for the sleep in. Breakfast is tasty and sufficient to start your day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bagus was a standout and offered great conversation and brilliant smile. A great spot to stay in Kuta.

I had stayed for 6 nights, I love the location of the Hotel it’s in center and convenient when we got out of the hotel we can find a lot of souvenirs shop supermarkets, restaurants and spas, Kuta beach it just 5-7 mnts by walk. the staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful they helped us with all of our requests. I love the room they have nice garden view with balcony all the rooms Are facing with garden in the middle with touch of Balinese structure.

The property doesn’t have the elevator and maybe if they can add more variety of breakfast menu and little bit of cleanliness needed for the bathroom and bedsheets but this has been addressed it.

The room was very spacious and airy, the bed was firm and comfortable. The location was great for a solo traveller as the street outside was busy with plenty of options for restaurants, shopping, beach and entertainment all within walking distance.

The hotel could use a little updating as the bathroom felt a little unsanitary due to dated-ness and need for new tile work. I also struggled with the room being two floors up without a lift/elevator.

I had an amazing stay at Bali Summer Hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and room service were top-notch, making dining a real pleasure. This hotel has become my go-to spot every time I visit Bali. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beautiful beaches, Beachwalk Shopping Centre, and even McDonald's and KFC. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bali!
