Great value budget hotel... Not fancy, but it had everything you needed Great value for the money spent. Friendly staff.

Window is up high, so no view, but it's a budget hotel and this was fine for the cost. No hanging space - but easily fixed, I'd suggest owner fixes some hooks to the back of the door so guest can hang up some clothing like a shirt. Cheap to do and easy.

We stayed here at the end of our trip to wind down before we head to another country, so all we needed was to just chill for a couple days and this was perfect. The room was all we needed the shower was good and the bathroom didn’t smell at all. The aircon worked well and the tv had streaming platforms available which was wonderful. We had a late flight and didn’t have accommodation booked for that night so the staff kindly let us have a late checkout at no cost and let us leave our bags for as long as we needed, they then let us stay in the lobby area until our flight which was so kind of them and so unnecessary.

Not much to fault except the rooms didn’t have a fridge so cold water was a luxury and the sheets on top of the mattress would fall off straight away other then that the facilities were exactly what we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at Suardana Inn. The hotel offers an amazing cost-benefit, with clean and comfortable rooms at a very affordable price. The location is also a big plus, close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic staff – they were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I needed. I also really appreciated that they allowed a late checkout, making my departure much more convenient. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with excellent service and a great location, Suardana Inn is definitely a great choice! I would love to stay here again.

The location was excellent, conveniently close to a good and affordable supermarket, and just a few minutes away from the heart of the city. The AC worked well and kept the room comfortable. The bathroom was nice, with good hot water availability. The pool was enjoyable. Our room was on the second floor, and we could use the coomin balcony with a street view, which was a nice touch. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay.

The cleanliness could have been better.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The room was amazing. Lots of hot water, bed very comfortable with a kettle and coffee and tea and a television. The swimming pool was excellent and clean and refreshing. The hotel is in walking distance of shops and restaurants about 10 minutes to the beach. We enjoyed our stay again so much we extended our time there. Such a good hotel, plus they gave us a bigger room

The bedroom was laid out well, had a dresser, tv, comfy bed. The bathroom had shower gel and shampoo which is always a bonus! The location was perfect, very central with a shop next door. However - the staff who worked there made it for me, they were SO kind from the moment I got there, anything I needed they’d get straight away and even let me use their phone to make a call as my sim wouldn’t get me, they were very friendly and personable. If I returned to Kuta I would 100% recommend😊

Super comfy bed and very nice atmosphere, clean room and the soap smelled really nice. The staff were really helpful and let us leave our bags there until late at night the day we checked out. There was a slight problem with the flush in the bathroom but they fixed it immediately when we notified the staff. We extended our stay and would for sure stay again.

No bad words to say had a good stay

After a bad air bnb in Ubud, I was searching for a new hotel fast. Price wise good and quickly I could stay here. Location was near the beach, clubs, restaurants and shops.

The rooms are a bit small and here and there a bit dirty. Still the rooms are considerd clean by me and cleaned by request.

Such a great smaller hotel right in the heart of Kuta. Staff are just lovely, and nothing is any trouble for them. Rooms are very clean and they supply a kettle water tea coffee and sugar. Free WiFi throughout the property. Loved my stay here and will definitely be back....Thank u suardana staff
