Location: - Accessibility to Kuta main centre on foot. - 15 mins by cab to the airport. Staffs: - Effecient, kind, well-trained, helpful. - Especially Budi and the only female staff were so helpful and ready to help the cats in need. - You can tell that the owners/managers have imparted their love for cats/animals well to the staffs, that the staffs provide the needs of their in-house cats and stray ones well. Bless every one of them! Rooms: - We stayed twice in 1 week here. We loved the big room on the ground floorr (facing the pool), the cleanliness and the bed. - Can't say the same for the smaller room on the 3rd floor. Price: - We came during low season, so of course we loved the room rates! Ambience & Deco: - Loved them, esp on the ground floor. The Mascots: - We love Cipluk and Chemo, the hotel's rescue cats! Thank you for caring for these innocent creatures well. They seem proud of their life at the hotel. We were truly blessed to be chosen by Cipluk to sleep with! Other establishmebts should follow suit! Very plesant place, stay and experience!

Location, staff

The poor cat caged up beside the swimming pool for 16 hours a day. It is inhumane to keep the cat in a small cage, sharing half its space with an overflowing litter box.

First, it was about the staff, especially Agus. I requested a room change, and he granted it accordingly. I love room A, which is just across the swimming pool. The location is also lovely; it is conveniently close to shops, cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants. There is a laundry shop nearby.

The room is not soundproof, as you can hear the noise from outside. Most guests lack proper decorum and are very inconsiderate when talking to each other. Additionally, I dislike the musty odor emanating from the sofa and chair cushions.

An absolute hidden Gem. Tucked away in a small lane way just off the Main Street within 1 minute. This should be rated a lot higher, the room quality was fantastic, the service was fantastic and a small pool to refresh in each day after exploring what Bali has to offer. We upgraded to the deluxe pool side room, our room was just $55 a night. The pool is very clean and shaded from the Bali heat. Highly recommend. No meals at this hotel, however so many great options for food within minutes a great was to taste a variety of food.

The room was perfect size for solo travler. I was upgraded so kindly so I had a lovely balcony and had a lovely view of the pool. The bathroom is simple but all you need. The pool is quite small, but for the price it is a great facility. The location was great and really accessible to a shop, restaurants etc. Staff were 10/10 and even helped me with my heavy suitcase, which they did without even being asked - amazing! Always friendly when you are coming and going too, which was appreciated as I travelled alone! Will be staying again when I travel in April 2025

Nothing! Some animal noises at night but to be expected and did not affect my sleep. I couldn't fault this place!

Good location if you want to be in the middle of Kuta and have some quiet respite at the same time. Staff fantastic, they organised a trip to Gili for us, got us an upgrade and made everything comfortable and pleasant. Small but great pool with clean water.

All the rooms are set around a pool with lots of vegetation. The staff were exceptionally good. Very helpful :) The location is in a lively area, but down a nice side street, so is very quiet. It's also safe to walk around at night on your own. The room was almost perfect. Everything worked and the stylish design was modern and simple. A/C worked well. The TV had many English speaking channels. WiFi was good throughout. There have been some comments that the upper floors didn't have good WiFi, but I saw booster routers and this seems to have fixed this. I checked the speed on the the 3rd floor and it was fast. Overall I thought it was a perfect hotel :)

Although the rooms are very nice to be in, they are slightly on the small side. It didn't bother me, but might affect some people. The ground floor rooms are next to the swimming pool, so there is some noise in the daytime, with people talking and walking past etc. I would recommend the 2 upper floors if you wanted peace and quiet. I stayed in 2 rooms - 1 on the upper floor, 1 on the ground floor (room "J"). Room J had an interconnecting door to the neighbouring room. Whilst it was locked etc, there was some noise coming through from the other room. It's not a big issue but something to bear in mind if you want total quiet.

Our flight home was cancelled because of the volcano ash & we needed to find somewhere to stay for 3 unplanned nights that didn’t break the bank For this the hotel was perfect for our needs I could even possibly stay here again Staff are excellent & friendly. The pool was very good & perfect temperature. The room on the small side & basic but very clean. No breakfast but Norman Warung round the corner is perfect for that & very cheap. Sita Nth Sumatran curry place in the same street is also great (see photo) We were very happy we chose to stay here

We checked in at 1am because of late flight, the Staff was really helpful and friendly. Room were clean, had towels, water bottle, hair dryer, kettle. Aircon worked really well and warm water for showering also. Location is perfect, beach & mall really close. Restaurants, coffee places etc. Would recommend for a shorter stay tho.

Had the first room on the first floor (front of the pool by the stairs), unfortunately it was quite loud in the morning. People coming downstairs sounded like elephant steps, I think we just got unlucky so maybe another room would be better. Bathroom had a bit of a smell coming from the drain, but not that bad if you stay for a short amount of time.
