Brilliant service. They upgraded our room. Very clean and friendly staff and great location.

The shuttle service to the airport was not free to return to the airport.

I had a 17-hour transit in Bali and was quite anxious as a solo female traveler. However, upon arriving at the hotel, my worries eased thanks to the staff’s incredible hospitality. The front desk staff were gentle and professional, providing detailed guidance on room arrangements and other small but important information. Even though I only booked the room for a single night, a very short stay, they treated me with genuine care and dedication as if I were a long-term guest. I also requested a wake-up call to ensure I wouldn’t miss my early morning flight, and they made sure I woke up on time. The check-out process was impressively swift and efficient, helping me save valuable time. When it was time for my departure, the staff kindly assisted with my luggage and remained warm and attentive until I left for the airport. Their hospitality truly made my short stay in Bali stress-free and pleasant.

The hotel is very nice in a good location only 15 minutes walk to the beach. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby. The room is very nice and spacious and offers everything necessary for a stay. Breakfast buffet is Indonesian style, and if you want, they can also make you an omelette or fried eggs. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean.

The windows in the room do not seal very well and as a result you can hear all the noise from the road at night, which is annoying.

Staff and breakfast were amazing. Bed comfortable, good water pressure for the shower, bathroom tidy. All boxes ticked.

Only let down was no bar fridge in our Balcony Suites and door card readers bugged out a couple of times. (Staff were prompt at resolving the issue)

Stay here multiple times whenever I am passing through Bali to go to the airport. The bed is comfortable and room is clean, equipped with water, coffee maker, TV works well, hot shower and cold A/C. Staff are very helpful and provide a good service.

Lovely staff!! Room perfectly cleaned every day. Amazing breakfast buffet and beautiful pool. The restaurant food was also delicious and with an incredible service. We stayed for a week and loved everything about the hotel. They have such a great team and they do a really good job. We’ll be back for sure!

Staffs are very helpful and kind. Location is perfect if you have a late-night flight or perhaps to stay for a little bit longer. Breakfast is sumptuous and highly recommended.

Some areas of the rooms may need a little bit of renovation but value for money is very good.

The place is sooo good. We book 2 nights end up staying longer. The room is spacious.The bed is like a sleeping pill. It's big and comfy and make you feel so relax and fall asleep so easy. Bathroom, balcony view over the pool. Breakfast at a very good price. Warm pool. Opposite had a local restaurant. We rent a scooter closer by to the hotel. Not far from kuta beach. Staffs are friendly. Laundry service available.

Room was clean, kitchen's staff really nice. Good buffet style breakfast. Overall a good place to be in.

Some local guests or members of an excursion group, used to make noise in my window's room near the swimming pool every morning, starting around 6:30 a.m., disturbing my tranquilly.
