I've been a regular at the Ohana for at least ten years, so the staff know me, and that's always nice. They're all very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, bed comfortable, and hot water always there. Aircon is super efficient, wifi fast and reliable, and the location is great, just a 5 minute walk from Bemo Corner.

There are a few things that are getting tired about the rooms, leaking plumbing and air con this time. They're fast to fix any issues though, so all is not bad. I think they may have a renovation coming up to fix the problems

Location is perfect if you like to stay in Kuta. Walking distance to the beach and Kuta Square. Plenty of warungs nearby.Close to the airport.

The only thing I could say is they only give you one key so when you leave your room you have to take it out of the power source so you come back to a hot room

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, truly 5-star service! From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and helpful. They even helped carry our bags all the way to the room. The security team was also polite and attentive, making us feel really safe throughout the stay. Every request we made was fulfilled without hesitation even small things like asking for an iron, they handled it promptly. I also really appreciated the respectful attitude from the team. When they delivered food to our room, female staff politely asked for permission before entering. Such a small gesture, but it shows how professional and well trained they are. On the third day, we requested room service because the room was a bit messy. When we came back after going out, everything was cleaned perfectly but none of our personal items were touched. That level of respect and professionalism really stood out to me. Location for the hotel is super strategic just a short walk to the mart and bike rental shops. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We ended up ordering room service almost every night yaaaaaa🤣Overall, everything was smooth, satisfying, and worth every cent. Definitely planning to come back here again soon. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The fridge is not cool😅

A nice hidden gem with huge potential. Away from the busy tourist area but still close enough if you enjoy walking and exploring local life in Kuta (teenager 15 to 20) felt safe to walk into main district and back at night. Relatively quiet at night, you will get used to the beeps and call to prayer after the 2nd night). Rooms were functional, cleaned daily, and bottled water provided daily - exactly what is stated in the description online. Restaurant was also good if you wanted simple fare after a busy day (noting portion size may differ from Western countries). Staff were absolutely fabulous. The cold pool was so inviting after a humid and hot day unlike the tepid pool we visited at another place. There is a laundry and 2 Marts to choose as well as the scooter hire directly across the road. Hotel has security on the entrance and assisted with traffic (for some countries, it could be overwhelming but made for an experience)

Minor issues really could be improved by general maintenance (ie. overhead shower didn't work as knob missing, but handheld worked and loose pool tiles. The floor above was rather noisy, so recommend top floor (unsure if it was maintenance or people shifting furniture regularly across the floor). Some suggestions would be a designated smoking area that is away from rooms, restaurants, and lobby (perhaps out the front) as this was hard to get used to coming from Aust. 2 swipe keys per room would be good as at times it was just inconvient. The Ohana is like an old friend! I've been staying there for ten years, every couple of months for four or five nights. I like the staff, and many know me by name, so for me it's very friendly place. The location is superb, just a five minute walk from Bemo Corner, with some good warungs nearby, including a Masakan Padang!! It's probably 10 - 15 minutes to the beach. The room is always spotless, bed and pillows comfortable, aircon efficient, and the wifi fast and reliable. Why would I look elsewhere??

Price and location were very good. Food from room service was quite reasonably priced and tasty. Room size was good for the price. AC was very effective. Staff were very polite and friendly.

The restaurant and utensils had an bad oder, the kind of which you get if you don't wash a utensil properly after eating an egg in it or if you wash meat in the kitchen sink and dont clean up properly. I found the smell on 2 days after which I didn't go down to the restaurant for breakfast. We had taken 2 rooms 313 and 314 and the shower was a bit leaky in one room as there was water dripping from the AC, however this happens many a time in the best of 5 star hotels and we didn't ask for a change of rooms.

The location is superb, just a five minute walk from Bemo Corner, 2X Masakan Padang warungs in the street, Warung Norman a 3 minute walk, and Indian restaurant 2 minutes, and a range of others all very close. The room was spotless, as always, the bed comfortable, aircon effective, wifi fast and reliable, an in room safe, and the/coffee making facilities in the room.

There are a few things about the Ohana that are getting a little tired, and the hotel is in need of some renovations, but nothing bad enough to stop me booking again, and I have in September, December and March2025.

The Ohana has been a favorite of mine for 10+ years, several times a year. The location is very good, just a short walk to Bemo Corner, the epicenter of Kuta, and likewise to a good range of warungs and restaurant. The morning market is less than 10 minutes walk. The staff know me, and are always friendly and helpful. The room facilities are good, comfortable bed, aircon efficient, and wifi reliable and fast.

There are parts of the room that a little tired, but they won't stop me from staying there.

Stayed at Ohana for 5 nights, staff were so helpful and kind! I was staying by myself I felt safe and enjoyed my stay! I had bought the wrong connection bit for my charger i asked reception where I could buy one and he let me use theirs for my stay. So kind! ✨️ Price was well priced, buffet breakfast was great! I enjoyed the noodles they were my favourite. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the pool lighting.

Room size was good. Cool room even when air conditioner was off. Location was also good. Staff were very pleasant. The room was tidied everyday and towels changed.

We stayed 3 weeks and the bathroom was not cleaned properly once. Even though they come to tidy the room everyday they don’t wash the sink and shower glass. Lots of limescale as a result. They only make the bed, clean the floor and change the towels. Under the bed and lampshades full of dust since we arrived. I would prefer if they cleaned every 3 days but did a proper clean, especially for guests staying longer. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.
