The staff were all amazing, concierge staff, maintenance, cleaners and restaurant staff very welcoming, happy and did their jobs very well. The hotel itself a little worn down as such in some rooms, but main range fixed any issues very quickly, the rooms were clean, and cleaned daily. The pool and walking paths always clean and so pretty. Buffett breakfast daily absolutely delicious!. All in all absolutely love this place value for money for sure!! And the location is amazing!!

Didn't have breakfast but the ribeye steak was delicious. Restaurant is looking so nice and clean with the new renovations.My room was clean,television was great reception,shower head and toilet were new.

Would like to order food and drinks and pay tab in office.One of the staff is abit grumpy in restaurant. Didn't like serving us at the pool bar seem to make her grumpy.Rest of staff are amazing,manager is very good and so is office staff.Will definitely be staying at hotel again.Maybe colder drinks,oh forgot cocktails are back we are all very happy about that.Also the driver ketut is always available to us as well.Definitely using his transport again.Will be back at hotel in October, can't wait.

We love this place. It's perfect for what we need and can afford. The pool is clean and I love the fact that it's got a good sized kids play pool. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired but for the price - it is more than fine. This time we also ordered a few meals from the Restaurant and they were yummy and well priced. Overall, the place is clean and the aircon iis cold - that is pretty much exactly what we want.

Obviously during Covid, they let a lot of maintenance lapse but they are getting on top of it again but that also means that there might be the banging of a hammer or a drill - hardly unbearable but worth noting.

I have been using this hotel since it's nineteen eighty seven. It's like coming home. Staff is amazing and helpful

There are still many things that need changed and fixed. Basins are blocked showers are blocked. Shower Curtains missing rings. TV remote don't always work properly.Air conditioning is not efficient in all rooms. These are not complaints. These are things that are part of general maintenance and should be regularly checked for efficiency.

Again this place is great value for money. The staff are all so welcoming and lovely. The room was good and we had interconnecting with the kids room. Location is good. Breakfast could have used a little more variety compared to last time as in the meal choices. Can get food to your room the Lumpia was delicious and the margarita pizza, kids loved the spag bog.

I liked how quite and relaxing I felt at this property and having a restaurant onsite is a bonus. This property is within walking distance to all the places I like to visit and could always cool off in the pool,

Unless you eat breakfast very early the food was cold and not very appetising, I also think they could do with updating the breakfast more often. The bathrooms could do with a painting as you can see a lot off mould on the roof causing them to smell a bit musty,

This is a traditional type of bungalow reminiscent of my backpacker days. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is nice and small and quiet and other guests are very friendly. It is so cheap. Fantastic hot shower. Lots of convenient shops and laundry nearby. Staff are lovely

I didn’t think the breakfast was very good value for money. Unfortunately kuta beach has washed away

Close distance from airport, quiet and cool rooms with fantastic gardens and pool.

Staff were a little bit moody. I had booked accommodation (for 2) with breakfast. My sister did not arrive due to cancelled flight from Cambodia. Because I was jet-lagged I overslept until 11am and breakfast service stopped at 10am. The restaurant was still open (all day) and they made me pay for black filter coffee even though I had paid for breakfast for two people. That was just annoying.

I have always stayed here once I discovered this gem. Close to airport, best coffee in Bali is across the road Bubb-Hatch, local warungs selling beautiful food. Everything you need and not forgetting best staff to help you out, so kind and helpful especially for solo women on their own.

What's not to like !!!

The staff were amazing, it had a lovely pool, very close to the beach and many restaurants. It had a decent breakfast and was excellent value for money. Any issues were promptly addressed.

Bed was not great but was replaced with a new one during our stay so no complaints.
