The staff here are helpful and super friendly. The location is great with easy access to the airport and Sunset road. The evening we arrived we noticed quite a few bugs flying around the room but after mentioning it to the staff on our way out to dinner they provided a new electric repellent and gave the room a spray so after we returned it was no longer a problem.

Personally I think the breakfast buffet is disappointing. I think this is because they do not have many rooms so a bigger buffet would be wasted, but, what I think they should do instead is have only fruit/pastry's and tea/coffee/juice on the buffet with a small menu of made to order food options. This would mean guests are getting a fresher meal and the hotel can keep waste down.

Very clean and comfortable. The private pool was lovely with the little water feature a fantastic white noise addition for drowning out the street noise! The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Included breakfast was delicious with a big variety - coffee & tea, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries & donuts, salad & vegetables, a selection of hot dishes (the chicken sausages are to die for) and an egg bar where your omelette, fried or scrambled eggs are cooked to order and brought to your table! The king bed in the downstairs bedroom is ENORMOUS, with two king singles upstairs. Both bathrooms have a western toilet, bathtub and separate shower with bottled water & toiletries replenished daily. Safe and hair dryer in downstairs bathroom. Kitchenette beside the pool with full size fridge, kettle and tea/coffee making items. Villas have parking out front so very easy to meet a driver and go anywhere or a short walk to all your needs in Kuta.

Our only tiny criticism was the need for more seating in the area next to the pool, perhaps some outdoor bean bags which could be stored under the steps.

What truly sets Calna Villa apart, though, is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, always available but never intrusive. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel not just like guests but like family. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a retreat with friends, Calna Villa is the perfect choice. It exceeded all my expectations and left me with memories. I cannot recommend Calna Villa highly enough and are already planning my return visit. A true gem!

We stayed for one week and are leaving here feeling extremely refreshed and relaxed. The grounds and pools are gorgeous and every staff member has been lovely and attentive. Breakfasts were a great way to start the day too. The bustling central location is great - everything in walking distance, including Western and local food. Very easy to get taxis or scooters if you’d prefer that option also. We will miss this place, especially the cuddly ginger cat “Kiko”. Highly recommended!

The staff were wonderful, absolutely everyone was warm and welcoming and they took care of us very well. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious!

It’s an older style villa, needing an upgrade/facelift. Our bath leaked, our toilet leaked, decking around our private pool was loose, shower needed a really good scrub (all reported to reception) Location is quite hectic on an extremely busy road, not many amenities or shops nearby. There always seemed to be construction going on, day or night. Absolutely NOT a 5 star villa as advertised - overpriced, 3 star at best.

The staff was ultra friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the breakfast was tasty, and the portions were good. We had dinner there every day, and we tried several different items from the menu. Both pools were clean, and the private pool was really private indeed. The transfer from the airport was a huge help, and the price was reasonable too.

The road is noisy and sometimes it can be loud even from the room. Some furniture and towels were a bit old (but still clean)

Meat and clean rooms are exact how they are shown. Very kind staff, next to KFC, money exchange, Dominos and many other places. Highly recommended their floating cost effective breakfast. The staff is really really good and cordial. They gave us complimentary cake on our anniversary and villa with private pool is amazing. You can also opt for their bathtub decoration for special occasions. Near to airport and beautiful property with most places near by. WiFi is free and connectivity is good. Would love to visit again!

Nothing, everything was really good!

We loved how easy it was to walk to Poppie’s lane II and Waterbom/Discovery Mall. It was an easy 5-10min walk away from the hussle and bussle of the shop streets. The private pool was magnificent and the breakfast in the morning was always delicious.

The rooms need a little updating and the bed was firm. They’re water conscious which is amazing but we found that halfway filling up the bath the hot water ran out so we only took 1 bath while we were there and we heated up water in the kettle to keep the bath hot. It’s on a busy street so crossing the road was a tad difficult but there was a man there to stop traffic to help us cross which was brilliant!

really loved this place, the staff and facilities are excellent the staff were super friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed our conversations with them the villa we had was a two bedroom and it was a great size with a private pool, which was lovely breakfast was really good also, my mum is a cereal girl, and i love bali food and omelettes, they had loads of these options

the rooms could be a little cleaner but by Bali standards they were very good, and they are getting a little tired, but for the price we were very happy and were not expecting the 'white glove' treatment :-)

Our stay at the Calna Villa in Bali was delightful. We enjoyed being in a walkable distance to various shopping, restaurants and other conveniences. The private pool was the defining part of our stay for our children. We did not have to lug anything to the beach. The staff was so courteous and friendly. Food was delicious and lovely choices for breakfast. The bathroom set up was nice and nicely lit! The full service airport pick up/drop off and tour was exactly what we needed. Will stay at again!
