Our buffet breakfast everyday.. we absolutely enjoyed it.. everyday was the same but we loved it Staff in the whole entire place were amazing.. our fav place was kitchen/dinning area staff lovely people.. Kids loved the pool they swam everyday we had a family room with a pool view was Soo good.. All the staff were awesome with the kids..

I like the location that is close to Ngurah Rai airport, food court, tours and travel, gift shops, and money changers. Harris Hotel has a family room that is enough for 4-5 people and has a coffee & tea maker, plus providing an airport shuttle for an extra fee.

I don't like that the hot water in the shower is not hot enough.

The staff were wonderful and so warm and welcoming. The pools were amazing and the room was great.

We didn’t like that we had to get a driver everywhere. We thought there were shops we could walk to but was not ideal

Great location, great staffs, big apartment of two rooms with two bath rooms too. Confortable, clean, laundry services. Recommended for family usage.

Breakfast is the best part! Breakfast was a feast! The place is very spacious for our family of 6. 4 children. We used room service. The kids enjoyed the food very much!

Hotel needed a refurb. Fabric of the building had decayed since we were here in 2018. Maintenance programme seemed to have started. Sudpect pandemic has had an adverse impact so inneed of catch ip
