(1)It's within walking distance to Kuta Beach; (2)Plenty of electric sockets; (3)Although located in a busy area, it's not by the side of the main street. Rooms are free from the noise of vehicles roaming Kuta.

(1)However, the music in the lobby could also be heard through the speaker inside my room. Although it wasn't deafening, it was bothering; (2)Coffee and creamer weren't replenished two days in a row. I had to make a call to the front desk. I got them at last, and during the next days, new ones were always ready on my desk. I just thought that it would be much better if I didn't need to have asked.

A great location very strategic to reach all amenities, beach, restaurants, shopping mall, pharmacy, airport, all are in a bundle 😊 Love the authentic food, felt so great especially when come back home after overseas journey. Great hospitality and the welcoming atmosphere, comfortable feeling during stay, all facilities are great as promised, great value for money, and have had previous satisfaction too from other Swissbell! Highly recommended! Thanks again for your great services, feel interesting to come back again one day!

Reception was very friendly and offered us a welcome drink. The room was just a basic one, quite clean and so was the bathroom. Our view was overlooking the dining area which was next to lap pool. They had a nice buffet layout for breakfast and there were some beautiful plants growing on the fences. For an overnight stay we couldn't fault this hotel.

The only thing was the pillows were a bit hard.

The location is very nice. Everything is just a nearby awesome staff attitude to deal with good English communication and very tasty food. My family really enjoyed breakfast and lunch.

The room size was a little small for two couples It's hard to put two bags and move around.

The clean and comfortable rooms and area left me impressed during my first stay here. The staff members are both friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, but the variety could be improved. If I were to stay in the Kuta area again, this would be my destination.

The hotel area experiences a lot of traffic during rush hour, but it's not their fault.

This is a well-managed 3-storey building Hotel with pool in a quiet lane close to the main market road which makes it an excellent location. There is no view but the rooms very very good, clean and cosy. The staff was very friendly and prompt. Not too many varieties in the breakfast menu but still good enough. We had a good experience staying here

More continental options in the breakfast would have been nice

We loved the facilities, good location, very clean, beautiful pool, extremely friendly and professional staff and lovely breakfasts. The staff that cleaned our room daily did an excellent job.

Beautiful stay, beautiful staff, Adi a very helpful woman who made my family very comfortable with the stay, overall everything was perfect.

Everything was good, the rooms have a little less privacy if you open the window curtains that's it.

We stayed there just for a night.The staff so friendly and accommodating. We needed to leave early the next day, the staff actually opened the breakfast at 6.30 just for us..would really recommend this place.

The breakfast was great every morning and very convenient have convenient store open 24 hours in the lane way.

More English TV channels and my room had a very old kettle.
