The staff at the resort were so friendly, courteous and helpful. They were always smiling and happy to be around. The staff are what make this place. Especially Unita ( Putu) she is so sweet and very kind. Breakfasts were such a good offering.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. For a 3 star hotel, it was good value for money.. The standard hotel coffee isn't bad, but if happy to pay a few dollars ask for the good coffee to be made ( ground coffee beans and proper coffee machine, not instant)

Everything! Great pool and pool bar. Amazing location, quiet yet central to everything. Rooms are very nice and a good size with comfortable bed, good size fridge and great AC. It even has USB charging points as well as Australian power points (along with the standard Indonesian points). They even have a bottle opener on the wall in the room, they’ve seriously thought of everything here. Then of course there is the staff - polite, friendly and very professional.

That I didn’t find it sooner.

Clean room, good enough space for 3 adults, nice pool, excellent bfast, good location being close to restos, the beach and other activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Assisted us in talking to the Grab driver on our way to the airport. In a quiet area, about 50 meters from the main road.

Access is through the main road which is one way and always with heavy traffic at night. if you’re calling a taxi or Grab going to the airport, make sure to allot more time. For us, 4 Grab drivers canceled out as they got stuck in traffic.

The staff They are absolutely amazing Nothing is ever too much trouble for them They are extremely friendly It was my birthday during my stay and they even surprised me with a birthday cake!!! The food is also fantastic especially the calamari rings and club sandwich. Had a massage in the spa and it was the best.

That i had to go home

Smaller style hotel based around a pool with a swim up bar. Had a king room overlooking pool with balcony. Good sized clean space with a great view. Our group got placed close together. One group had breakfast included and they were pretty happy with meal. Reception staff were friendly and approachable. Pretty quiet considering closeness to entertainment area. Biggest noise was other guests returning in the night. Overall impressed with hotel and facilities

Came from a different area of Bali and I found the area less palatable ( not hotels fault). It is still a challenge to find hotel from Main Street. Extra Signage has been added but can be a challenge with all other signage. Beers a bit spendy with the plus plus taxes at the pool.

We had a lovely stay! we went as a group for a 40th and they helped us make it extra special. I was able to arrange decorations and book a table for breakfast. Staff knew us by our first name and were very attentive. Breakfast is a la cart which allows to try new items each day. Lunch and Room service available. Happy hour by the pool was amazing with great cocktails. Location was great, short walk to lots of restaurants and circle K.

I wish they had at least one alternative milk for morning coffee. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

The pool is literally outside your apartment if you’re on the ground floor. It’s not at all huge so not overrun with crowds of people in the pool or walking around. Our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh linen. Staff were very friendly & helpful at all times. We had the free breakfast with plenty of really good varied options. Location is good for stall shopping, restaurants & bars. I really enjoyed my stay at The Niche Also there is a lovely lady who does laundry at a very reasonable price just outside the entrance on the right

This resort is a hidden gem! Rooms have been updated, staff are helpful and friendly, Breakfast is cooked to order so nothing sitting around drying out. Pool and pool bar are terrific ! Best place out of the 5 we have stayed in this holiday. Great wifi

The only thing we can fault and it's a small thing is that we had nowhere to hang wet bathers/towels as we had a room without a balcony. Otherwise we had no complaints.

The hotel is down a quiet alley , almost an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the main street, Rooms and en suite where modern and very clean, central pool with swim up bar was excellent , motorbike and Bemo rental at hotel front door

Hard to fault this place as its rated 3 star and better than a lot of higher rated hotels ive stayed in , while the wifi was good in general i had problems with my cromecast when i used it in my room , nothing major
