I must praise Mr. Abdullah for his exceptional service during our stay. He is a very smart staff member who knows how to make every guest feel important and valued. His quick thinking and problem-solving skills ensured our trip was stress-free from start to finish. He even arranged to return our advance money the night before our early morning departure — something we appreciated deeply. The staff he works with are equally smart and hardworking, keeping the rooms, bathrooms, and all facilities spotless and well-maintained. I have stayed in many places, but the combination of intelligence, kindness, and efficiency shown here is unmatched.

The location was amazing, on a side street from the busy main road and surprisingly quiet and safe area. The roads are narrow in general without sidewalk so just be aware of cars and scooters. The staff was incredibly available 24/7 and helpful, looking up questions and offering ideas, and letting me know when they weren't sure. They even responded quickly over Whatsapp before I arrived when I had some questions. I didn't try the restaurant but it looked good! I loved their environmental focus - with glass refillable water bottles in the room. They have a minifridge and shower and a smart TV to connect Netflix etc if wanted.

The water in the shower never got above warm, which could be a downside.

The front office and bell boys are very friendly and 24 hours service. It was clean. Free drinking water (they provided a dispenser outside the room). 10% discount for the restaurant downstairs and a very nice spa in front of the hotel. The massage was very good and of good value, that I went there every day for several treatments. Love it! There is also an express laundry store nearby. You can get you clothes washed, dried, and folded in 2 hours! And it is in walking distance to the beach and legian street. There is also very beautiful restaurant Crumb & Coster (hopefully I remember the name right) nearby. Other cafes/bars, ATMs and convenience stores are nearby

They didn't provide slippers and other toiletries than shower gel and shampoo, but they provided towel. So you might need to prepare your own toothbrush and slippers

The staff were exceptional. My room was upgraded when I arrived. Was pleasantly surprised to see my large suite with the largest bathroom i have ever stayed in. Room was so nice I didn't want to leave which is not the norm. It is pretty centrally located in Kuta, so close to tons of small shops, warungs and massages. It's about a ten minute walk to the beach. It was the staff that really stood out for me, they were very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on future travels to Kuta

There is no elevator in the hotel so it is alot of stairs if you are on the upper floors. I was staying on the fourth floor so got my exercise over the day. Just good to know if someone has mobility issues

We loved how helpful and accommodating all of the staff were! Especially with our 8 month old son he absolutely adored them as they were so good with him. The location was great being so close to everything and the rooms were the perfect size. We also loved the sustainability efforts they make at the property!

Access by car was difficult with the one way roads but they had let us know beforehand that it could be an issue with some taxi drivers and assured us it was accessible for cars which it was! Just takes a bit of patience.

It's a really nice place, well located, walking distance to the beach. There is a restaurant with nice food and you get a 10% discount, as well as in the spa right across the street. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms are quite small, but the beds are comfy and the bathroom is good. A modern flat screen TV if you wanna stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc. In front of the room you have a small sitting area with privacy. The staff is nice and welcoming. Would stay again.

It can get loud in the night since it's located where it is. But that is nothing they can affect and it's everywhere the same. And there is no closet where you could store your clothes, since the room is quite small. There is one in the bathroom though, kinda. But that didn't bother me personally. Just to mention.

If you're staying around Kuta, this is the best place to stay. It is not just a hotel but gave more pleasant ambiance than the hotel especially their staff. They are all acommodating. Will greet you with the smile on their faces. Plus they have a restaurant giving you a good discount for your belly needs and a massage parlor right across the street. Kudos to the Seahouse house staff! Keep up the good work and keep spreading good attitude to everyone. My partner and I were so happy that we stayed for our first out of the country trip.

Small but clean room, comfortable mattress and a good in-house restaurant. Staff services were excellent!

Not the hotel’s fault but the alleys, pavement in the vicinity are generally in poor conditions - uneven, creaking and blocked drains in many spots. During inclement weather, be prepared to get dirty feet, soiled footwear and dirty water splatters from passing vehicles. Lastly, room rates were rather pricey relative to comparable choices nearby; free breakfast could have been included in the rates.

Amazing staff who were so helpful, they accommodated all of my concerns and even helped me with contacting one of my Grab drivers. Room was super clean and facilities were great for the value of the booking. The place was cozy and a bit retro, but everything was well-maintained. They also had free drinking water available plus heating in the shower. I also ended having to extend an extra night, it was an easy transaction to make thanks to the incredible front desk.

I got the corner room closest to the street on the 2nd floor, and while I had access to a lot of outdoor seating, I had some trouble sleeping my first night. The motorcycles could be easily heard and there was drunk man crashing at the restaurant downstairs, so it was quite noisy all night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely decorated, clean rooms. Central location. Tasty, well-priced food in the restaurant downstairs. Free drinking water. Overall, very good value for the money you pay.

Kuta isn't exactly a quiet place, so expect some noise in the room from the street below. Smoking is permitted in parts of the restaurant and on the room balconies, which is uncomfortable if you're a non-smoker. Balconies aren't very private.
