The location was really great, right on the very touristy lane with many shops and stalls, and close to the shopping mall and beach. The staff were kind. The bed was comfy. Air-conditioner and fan in the room worked well. WiFi worked well, too.

The TV in the room did not work and the staff was unable to resolve the issue during my stay. The windows in the room did not have glass, they had only wooden shutters. Therefore, with the daylight also the heat came into the room and the air-conditioner in this case was useless.

Very good location

No hot water or soap available

Even being in a dorm you get a little privacy with the curtains and the half walls. Generally clean and nice pool to chill in. Quiet area and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

It was difficult to get to talk to the manager sometimes. Also no windows in the room.

Everything was fine here. The staff were kind. The room was big enough. The bed was comfy. WiFi worked very well. The biggest plus for me was the access to the pool which was right in front of the room. Overall, the price quality ratio was very favourable.

A very good location - close to the beach and restaurants. The room was spacious. I stayed there one night before my flight and was satisfied with my stay.

The blanket could be better

The location of the hotel is very close to the beach, so it is perfect for a night walk to the beach. The room is spacious and clean.

The staff was not very responsive when was asked for help.

We just needed to stay half a day prior to our flight and it was the perfect location to leave our luggage in the heart of Kuta, shopping, money exchanger, massage etc all at your doorstep

Fantastic pool, lovely friendly staff, the fan and aircon worked really well and brilliant location!

Drains were a little smelly, but nothing too bad at all. Was overall really pleased with the value of this hotel.

It’s clean, cozy, comfortable and located in the center but not in a most hectic noisy area. You get an AC and a fan in a room. There is a pool. It’s also quite cheap.

There wasn’t hot water :(
