Checking in was quick staff very helpful room was clean bed comfortable not to hard or soft just right. No bad smells or mould. Wifi works , It was clean and smell good the location close to beach, market, warung etc the price in Australian dollar was $13 per night! you cant even get a tent site in a caravan park in Australia for that price!. There was no air-conditioned room on the ground floor and no elevators. My mother had a walking disorder. so it was hard for us every time I wanted to get into the room and there was also no water heater.

The Location was good, near kuta beach. cheap price, enough for take a rest.

maybe the staff service can be improved, because that can help cover up the badness of the hotel.

the wifi connection was so bad, i need to stay outside to get wifi connection. there's no towel, no amenities, they just selling the room

The good thing of this hotel is Location. Accessible to everywhere, walking distance to the mall, beach, restaurants. Quiet at night.

We booked the fan room but upon check-in, the room was so bad, strong smelly from bathroom/toilet, inside the room is too hot, even hotter than outside. So we upgraded to aircon room with extra pay 50k/night. The aircon is abit better, cleaner and less smelly than fan room. Both rooms has no hot shower. Overall what you pay is what you get, for its price and location. If you need more comfortable, this is definitely not for you.

It's funny because the building and the facilities have a great potential to be an awesome place. However it lacks a bit of love and care to the place. Everything is a bit dirty and not really comfortable. If they improve the place with new paintings and a good clean they could charge double price and make it a really nice place
