The location was perfect and attached to a mall. The lobby had a foosball table and PS5 for evenings which allowed us to spend time with friends. The breakfast was great however the best thing about Yellow Hotel Kuta are it's staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the waiting staff and even the facilities team always wish you a cheerful 'Yello' that makes you smile each time

The location was great and near to the beach, staff are amazing and so helpful, the breakfast is tte best part. If I will come back to kuta next time my stay will be in the same hotel.

It's probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast food was amazing, and the location was superb. It is connected to the beachwalk mall that is perfect for families, couples, and solo travelers. There's also a direct path to the beach, only a 5-10 min walk through the mall. I would definitely stay here because of its perfect location next to everything. There were many things to do in the area.

The roads during rush hour can be a bit much if you're traveling by car. I traveled by scooter, so it was perfect for me. If you're going to use Grab or Gojek for daily activities, I recommend walking to the main street through the mall to get picked up.

First and foremost: the airconditioning. The cold is a shock - especially in the reception are and corridors. I understand aircon makes sense in a tropical country but here it was too much (my husband agreed and he usually is not sensitive to aircon). Just turn the temperature up a bit or decrease the blowing strength :) We also had trouble actually finding the hotel on the map (google maps) because it was marked at several places around the shopping centre and the taxi dropped us at the wrong place. (sending a location link in the pre-arrival email would have been much appreciated) If you don't mind the cold aircon or a bit of adventure to find the place, I'd definitely still recommend it and might use it again in the future myself.

Yello Hotel Beachwalk was a very great start to our vacation. We enjoyed how clean and friendly staff, whenever you exit the hotel they greet you with a smile and say Yello! The rooms were very clean and spacious we got an interconnecting rooms for my family (2 Adults and 2 Children) We loved the fact they included toiletries that they refilled everyday and provided some filtered water to prevent from getting sick. We loved this hotel so much thank you

The only thing was they didn’t provide you with a microwave and mini fridge to store food otherwise this hotel was really good. If they add this then it’ll be the best hotel!

After a week of one night here, two nights there, and a handful of different islands, I finally had a chance to catch my breath. I stayed a the Yello Hotel for 4 nights. The location is perfect. It’s connected to the Beach Walk Mall and is literally right across the street from Kuta Beach. The main reception/dining area has the feel of a Silicon Valley startup company. Minimalist and clean with their namesake yellow color dominating the décor. The staff are really cheery and helpful greeting everyone with an upbeat “Yello” as you pass by = ). The room was large and clean with a safe and a large bathroom/shower. The air conditioning is factory set at 23 C/73.4 F so if you like your room super cold that may be a factor to consider.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was clean and quiet, making for a very relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—it was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist. That said, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the beach, making it a perfect location for beach lovers!

However, I did notice that the hotel didn’t provide cold drinking water and there was no fridge in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

This Hotel is just so amazing. Whosoever is reading this note, let me tell you we are all 100% vegetarian family. I was very apprehensive while booking in Yello that whether I would get veggie breakfast. I had a long email chain conversation with reservation staff, Mega who always supported and promptly responded to all my queries. They took a special care of our dietary requirements - prepared pure veg food in virgin oil and coconut oil. Even when we had early morning tours, they made packaging boxes for us just like a mother do for kids :) Such a rare to see care and concern won our hearts! Special mention to extraordinary caring staff who brings all positivity to your face with their refreshing smiles and greetings every time you meet them - Front desk staff - Tika, Titan, Komang, Adi F&B staff - Sri, Dwi, Yogi and Rosyani Couple of other staff members as well whose name I do not recall but I do remember their great hospitality :)

Nothing as such. There should be a small fridge in the room, usually provided in all properties.

I love everything about our room, the painting, quotes, amenities- basically everything! if our drinking water ran out, we can refill it from the alley as they have so many gallons for water refills. The receptionist, hotel staff including the bell boy are all helpful and friendly. Morever, the hotel is sharing the same building with Beachwalk Hotel making it very convenient to stay for leisure.

Nil expect that we are unfortunate as during our stay on 21 Sep 2024, we can feel the vibration of the earthquake at 6:23am for about 3 minutes but it's nature, nothing we can do to control.

Rooms were clean, well furnished, nice bathrooms, comfortable, the connected room made it feel like a 2 bedroom stay, all perfect. Breakfast was excellent (pancakes, croissants, hot food, egg station, Indonesian food, juices, and loads more - all halal by the way)! And if you wanted anything extra (parcel in a box, ice cream, different coffee, special eggs) they did everything at a reasonable price (110k idr per person). So much going above and beyond. We bought food and drink from outside and asked for ice and sauces, no problem. Needed first aid, no problem! Needed special toiletries that they didn't have, they phoned a friend and made it happen, no problem! Location was superb and could go through the mall to markets, beach, etc. Taxi was easy to get and cheap. A massive shout out to Dwi, Nadiarta, Putri, Boi, and Risma for caring about us and looking after us. And a special thank you to Rosyani who went so far above and beyond, I felt like she was a friend or a relative and I asked to speak to the manager just to tell him that Rosyani was amazing! If I'm ever back in Kuta, we stay here without thinking twice. Thank you!

If I'm critical, a couple of things didn't work (connecting room door, safe) but they were fixed immediately. More storage would be good. Lots of traffic (can't blame them!) and some mosquito spray would've helped (not as big an issue as Ubud, but it did exist).
