The breakfast offerings at Resto 69 could have done with a lot more variety. For the location and appeal to passers by, I believe that the breakfast offerings should have been more extensive. Daily offerings of baked beans and the alternating of chicken and beef sausages were not that interesting. I'd like to believe that the selection of breakfast items were a result of the "low season".

Location was great, 69 bar was good. Pool, a hidden gem. Service is wonderful. Nice looking.

Hotel is a little dated and our bathroom drain smelled. No microwave but no complaints.

Location is perfect... near the airport, besude the mall, and right across the beach. Therr many convenience stores nearby too. Kuta Art Market is also nearby - a bit of a walk but is walkable. The property's pool is just the right size with a bar by the pool. The room is bigger than I expected and they provided electric insect repellant. The staffs are very friendly & accommodating. The restaurants within the property serve decent western and local foods with live bands in the evening.

The bathroom is a bit outdated and there are mold build up in the shower area. The toilet roll paper provided is quite thin and rough. The toiletries provided are very minimal and basic. I had to buy some of them myself outside. They don't have iron and ironinf board in the room.

Grear location. Just walk to beach across the street. Lots of shops, restaurants and a mall in walking distance. Breakfast was nice and had good variety and quality.

Rooms in 2nd and 3rd floor are only accessible via stairs.

BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS EXCELLENT. ROOM WAS CLEANED WELL EACH DAY. LOCATION IS CLOSE TO BEACHWALK SHOPPING CENTRE, FOR MONEY CHANGER , SUPERMARKET ETC. STAFF ARE EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL. HOTEL IS CLEAN AROUND THE GROUNDS AND COLOURFUL GARDENS. THE BBQ BUFFET DINNERS ARE GREAT AND BARGAIN PRICES.

IT WAS NOISY ALL NIGHT LONG OUTSIDE OUR ROOM, NEW ARRIVALS AND PEOPLE LEAVING TO CATCH PLANES AT ALL HOURS. THE OUTSIDE PAVING PATHS ARE NOISY WITH THE WHEELS OF THE SUITCASES.

The resort was great , the rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds and gardens were beautiful, very close to shopping centres, restaurants, cafes and opposite the beach.

Request rooms on ground floor to avoid many steps to get to rooms on the third floor.

This hotel exceeded my expecations. It felt like an oasis. The pool was lovely, big and clean and with a swim up bar! There are two restaurants on-site and the breakfast was ample. The grounds are lovely and the spa was very good too! It was right beside the shopping centre which was excellent for accessing ATM and other restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were wonderfully hospitable and smiling all the time. I also liked the lobby which was nice to sit in with comfortable couches. There is a little store for snacks on the property.

There was no hair conditioner provided.

This place was fantastic. The room itself was large with lots of storage so you could unpack. Grounds are beautiful. We had so much fun at the onsite restaurant / bar every night with a la carte dining or a full buffet that was delicious. Live bands every night were really good and would play about anything you asked them to. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Pool is huge with plenty of padded loungers and shade and a swim up bar where you could order food right from the restaurant. Beer and drink prices were really good. Staff arranged rides for us. They also have a shuttle for a small fee.

nothing ..... but ... be careful on the pool deck, it is very slippery and I cut open my toe on a broken tile
