Cozy and nice place, not far from the beach at all, comfortable bed and spacious room

Some furniture is old and a bit sharp on edges, and the bathroom door as well, so careful when passing next to the bathroom door as you can scratch yourself or damage your clothes.

I had a great experience at Casa Wina Kuta Hotel! The location is excellent—only 20 to 30 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes’ walk to Kuta Beach, and just 6 minutes’ walk to Beachwalk Mall. Everything you need is nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d like to give special thanks to the front desk receptionist, Fera Nur, who went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed—she truly made my stay more comfortable. The breakfast served at the hotel was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options each morning. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a convenient, friendly, and pleasant place to stay in Kuta!

Walking distance from Kuta beach and beachwalk shopping centre. Quiet property with amazing design. Pool and facilities were great. A buffet breakfast option is available.

The road leading to the property is quite narrow for a car. We were assigned only 1 room with a double bed. One room was booked in a different building than the other 2 rooms. We had to request quite a lot to get 3 rooms together which wasted almost half an hour. Rooms without a pool view are in the corner with a wall coming in front of the patio - the photos are misleading. It has no view at all. I would suggest booking a room with a pool view only.

Very clean and tidy gardens and swimming pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The reception team was very competent and knowledgeable. The room we stayed in was on the first floor with a large balcony equipped with white cane chairs and a drinks table. The balcony had a pool and garden view. I had a facial/ massage on site which was one of the best I've ever had and having worked throughout Indonesia I've had a few. I would thoroughly recommend Casa Wina if staying in Kuta, it's close to the beach and boardwalk but very peaceful....

I feel it would be good if there was a sheet on the bed as well as the doona. If you like to be a bit covered the doona gets a bit warm at different times during the night. Just a suggestion!

- nice, good working AC and WiFi, - clean, nice interior and exterior - firendly, helpful, understanding staff, - plenty of storage spaces, - pool with a bar, - TV with working Netflix and YouTube, - comfortable bed, - tasty breakfast with western options available, - 5 minutes walk to the restaurants/beach/shops, - 10 minutes walk to the shopping mall.

Very little things, nearly not noticable like; - no moving shower head; it's installed on the wall and you cannot hold it/take it, - should be more sun beds by the pool, - no body balm.

loved it! The location is perfect close enough to walk to the beach, cafes, and shops, but still quiet and peaceful. The room was super clean, comfy, and had this modern-heritage vibe that felt really cozy. The staff were so kind and helpful the whole time, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool was a great spot to relax in the afternoon. Definitely one of those hidden gems you’re glad you found will come back again!

The access road is a bit dark at night, but once you arrive, the place is totally worth it.

The location was great, just a short walk to the main street and busy area- but the property itself was very quiet and did not get much traffic noise etc which is good because some hotels can be very loud at night with the road noise. The staff were so lovely and accomodating. The property is simple, but has everything you might need. It is kept to a high standard and is clearly well maintained, with beautiful gardens and tidy and well decorated shared spaces. We loved our stay here, and would definitely come back!

The sink in the bathroom would clog easily, but other than that I have no complaints.
