Cozy and nice place, not far from the beach at all, comfortable bed and spacious room

Some furniture is old and a bit sharp on edges, and the bathroom door as well, so careful when passing next to the bathroom door as you can scratch yourself or damage your clothes.

Walking distance from Kuta beach and beachwalk shopping centre. Quiet property with amazing design. Pool and facilities were great. A buffet breakfast option is available.

The road leading to the property is quite narrow for a car. We were assigned only 1 room with a double bed. One room was booked in a different building than the other 2 rooms. We had to request quite a lot to get 3 rooms together which wasted almost half an hour. Rooms without a pool view are in the corner with a wall coming in front of the patio - the photos are misleading. It has no view at all. I would suggest booking a room with a pool view only.

Very clean and tidy gardens and swimming pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The reception team was very competent and knowledgeable. The room we stayed in was on the first floor with a large balcony equipped with white cane chairs and a drinks table. The balcony had a pool and garden view. I had a facial/ massage on site which was one of the best I've ever had and having worked throughout Indonesia I've had a few. I would thoroughly recommend Casa Wina if staying in Kuta, it's close to the beach and boardwalk but very peaceful....

I feel it would be good if there was a sheet on the bed as well as the doona. If you like to be a bit covered the doona gets a bit warm at different times during the night. Just a suggestion!

- nice, good working AC and WiFi, - clean, nice interior and exterior - firendly, helpful, understanding staff, - plenty of storage spaces, - pool with a bar, - TV with working Netflix and YouTube, - comfortable bed, - tasty breakfast with western options available, - 5 minutes walk to the restaurants/beach/shops, - 10 minutes walk to the shopping mall.

Very little things, nearly not noticable like; - no moving shower head; it's installed on the wall and you cannot hold it/take it, - should be more sun beds by the pool, - no body balm.

The pool was amazing, might have been longer hours of use tho. Breakfast was great, changed every day, great choice, heaps of delicious fresh fruit, and everything else you could think of, rooms were large and confortable, maybe a shelf in the bathroom might be nice, water pressure great, hot water really hot with a huge shower head. beds and pillows very comfortable.

First room upstairs, I requested a ground floor 3 times as needed for medical reasons. arrived to an upstairs room.. next morning changed to ground floor. after that all was fantastic

The location was great, just a short walk to the main street and busy area- but the property itself was very quiet and did not get much traffic noise etc which is good because some hotels can be very loud at night with the road noise. The staff were so lovely and accomodating. The property is simple, but has everything you might need. It is kept to a high standard and is clearly well maintained, with beautiful gardens and tidy and well decorated shared spaces. We loved our stay here, and would definitely come back!

The sink in the bathroom would clog easily, but other than that I have no complaints.

No parking, room , Restaurant staff and bar staff could be a bit more attentive, Ordered food at the pool, they kept insisting we pay then and there. Finally had to be a bit firm and was finally charged to room. Room door to adjoining room lets noise from other room Reception Wanted 300k to get a taxi to airport when on line service was only 65k

The location: 15min from the airport and 5 min from the beach. Although close to the main street, it was really quiet (there is some music at the pool, but nothing too disturbing). The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was really clean, with all needed amenities. Breakfast is a buffet, with both Indonesian and continental food. Perfect for a first night in Bali to rest after a long trip. Good value for money.

Nothing, except maybe we asked for a double bed and were given instead twin beds. But we were so tired it didn't matter much.

The villa was in a central location but tucked in away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta so was a quiet place to stay. Access to the beach and also Legian St was just a 5 minute walk to each as the villa was located between the two. The pool was always clean and the villa is only small (roughly 30 rooms) so it never seemed overcrowded. The staff were very friendly.

We had 2 small water bottles supplied to the room each day but because you can't drink or use the tap water we found we needed to buy much more water for our stay. It would have been nice to have a larger water dispenser in the room so we had adequate water. Because we stayed 10 nights the breakfast became a little monotonous. They rotated 2 selections but even they didn't really vary much - maybe apple instead of orange juice, fried rice instead of steamed rice, but was OK for Bali standards. The pillows in the room were a little soft but bunching 2 together fixed the problem.

Pool & pool bar, ground level accommodation & excellent location to both the centre and beach!

The bathroom had a split level floor to seperate the toilet and shower area, but all in the same tile. This honestly caused a bit of a risk and not easy to notice and forget about so on a couple of occasion we either stepped down awkwardly or stubbed our toe. Staff was fine, however they put an extra drink on our bill and although they rectified it, it took like 1 hour of debate and discussion & even then didn’t tell us it had changed had to go back and ask if it’s resolved. Grateful they resolved it, but the way it was done made us feel a bit awkward and guilty even though it wasn’t our fault.
