The BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Bali. The service from the staff, the cooks, the ladies at the kids play centre, to the cleanliness, the accommodation itself was amazing. The staff are more than accommodating and they helped us get all our bluebirds. The food was great and the entertainment out the front in the evening was really good specially if you’re not in the mood for going out. Great location spot as well I couldn’t fault anything at all and I’d 100% be going but to that hotel at the end of the year. Anybody planning to stay there you would not be disappointed.

Food in restaurant - excellent choice with something for everyone. Had a lagoon access room which was great, pool was lovely even though needed a bit of maintenance (loose tiles which some older kids took to throwing at each other but staff Eka was really good at dealing with it). Room was spacious, very clean,comfortable bed. Hotel in excellent location. Best brew was great for an evening and the menu there was lovely and great value. Staff there were brilliant. Parta in the best brew area was so lovely, as indeed all the staff were.

People smoking, one even smoking in the hot bubble pool! Personally I don’t think there should be smoking in any public areas, it’s a bit off putting when you are eating and smoke is wafting your way (best brew location especially).

The staff were fantastic and listened to our requests then acted upon them.

The breakfast was good but got very boring having the same optoins every day especially when you stay 17 nights

The lagoon pool is wonderful, and for me being able to smoke on the balcony , a bonus ***** The breakfast was nice , having your eggs bought to you when they are ready after ordering is a real treat , the staff are all exceptionally polite , and are very attentive to the needs of all their guests , no matter where you go to for help within the hotel you are treated with respect, kindness and greeted with a smile. We required certain aides / and a change of room at one point for PWD and this was provided with no question, no hassles , no charge. The squeaky ladder getting out of pool - room 106 Music at front bar in evenings. Better vibe needed ? 👍😊 The way they made their Pina Colada needs improvement- but 2 young staff members watched our video and made them exactly how they supposed to be 👏👍 I think one of the young boys name Yoga - you were very good thank you 🙏

The property was perfect for our big family group. Location was the best thing for us to avoid sitting in taxis with the crazy traffic! Everything was walking distance with lots of shops, restaurant and massage options. Mini Mart right outside it was great. Laundry services a few doors down. Buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of options to choose from. The staff were very accommodating, helpful always provided great service. I highly recommend this property.

Room could do with some renovations. We wanted to unpack and use wardrobe but it was very old and run down. Just minor things but didn’t impact.

The room and bathroom were very good. The mattress was probably the best mattress I have had in the past 10 hotels I have stayed at. VERY GOOD. The pool was about what I expected. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety in items to eat. The staff was VERY HELPFUL every step of the way, whatever the need. Exceptional experience with staff help.

The hotel is located in a part of Kuta with extremely narrow streets. Until we actually got the the hotel and saw that it was a legitimate hotel, I was afraid we would be staying at some hole-in-the-wall facility where I would fear for my life. The hotel was just the opposite of this; it was very nice. It was just in a section of town that seemed a little strange.

This hotel was the highlight of our stay in Bali. I loved the pools. There is an option to go to the rooftop one which is adults only and it has a swim up bar and a happy hour. Then there is a massive downstairs one which is like a full lagoon, really kid friendly, it has pool toys in it and loungers and the people from the restaurant even come to take your order for you if you are hungry. The daily buffet breakfast was amazing. There was such a variety of food, and it was all fresh and delicious. The staff are really friendly at this hotel. From check in staff, to cleaners, to waiters, to kids' club staff they're all fabulous. The sizes of the room are great - I had two adjoining rooms, and it was ideal, there's even a balcony so it's really spacious. The daily cleaning service is wonderful. Each day new towels and water is supplied, beds are made, and everything is tidied up. After the first few days of staying, I realized how trustworthy the cleaners were as I left money out on the table, and it was still there when I returned. A really nice addition I would like to mention is the water tanks available to refill your waters on each level. Since you can't drink the tap water in Bali, and it is so hot you do end up drinking a lot of water. Being able to refill your water with chilled water whenever you needed to was much appreciated. The pool table is great! The location of the hotel is perfect, close enough to the centre while also being rather quiet. The only thing that kept us up at night was the fireworks let off nearby, but it was cool to see them each evening too. The kids club activities provided were suitable for all ages of children.

My only complaint is that the elevator did not have air-conditioning so it would be rather hot in there. A great addition is having the steps though, so you can walk up to your level if you want to, which we did often. There was nothing else I didn't like. We had a great experience.

Variety of pools was great, especially enjoyed the rooftop pool bar, the staff were great! Breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of variety, there's also a minimart out the front of the hotel so you can get anything else you may need Bed was very comfortable and the AC kept our rooms cool

The location via car was difficult to navigate, be prepared to add an additional 30 mins for your taxi to navigate the 2 way alleyways that really should be 1 way, and allow another 30 minutes to get out.. The rooms don't really allow for a lot of privacy as you can look straight through the hotel room across you in a lot of the rooms - so limited natural light gets in the room if you value your privacy. One of our rooms kept having wet floors from condensation from the bathroom and AC, both bathroom vents likely not working.

5 STARS wow! My partner and I couldn’t have found a better place to stay at in Bali. Four points was in the ideal location with just a short walk to the beach, markets and restaurants but also tucked away where you can’t hear any noise from room. The rooms were spacious and clean, great bathroom and shower pressure. The x2 pools are fantastic with a rooftop bar pool and massive lagoon. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever been too with a wide range of cuisines and everything you could wish for aswell as changing every day. Last but not least, the beautiful staff. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and did everything they can to make sure you have the perfect stay. Massive shout out to NINDI, always welcoming with a beautiful smile and just the most incredible customer service. Shout out also to ADI on the rooftop bar for making incredible cocktails. Thank you four points for a stay we will never forget, I hope we will be lucky enough to return to stay at this hotel again if ever back in Bali and will recommend to all family and friends.
