The BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Bali. The service from the staff, the cooks, the ladies at the kids play centre, to the cleanliness, the accommodation itself was amazing. The staff are more than accommodating and they helped us get all our bluebirds. The food was great and the entertainment out the front in the evening was really good specially if you’re not in the mood for going out. Great location spot as well I couldn’t fault anything at all and I’d 100% be going but to that hotel at the end of the year. Anybody planning to stay there you would not be disappointed.

Amazing location as its location is very centralized to many shops and amenities. Staff there was always ready to give a helping hand and very approachable. Wouldnt be my last time there !

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton, Kuta, and it was, without doubt, an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff exemplified true hospitality – unfailingly polite, extremely courteous, genuinely helpful, and always forthcoming in attending to every need. Their warm welcome was complemented by a delightful surprise: a complimentary room upgrade, which added greatly to the comfort of our stay. The rooms were immaculately maintained, spacious, and well-appointed, with beds of exceptional comfort that ensured restful nights. The property’s amenities are equally commendable – the swimming pools are beautifully maintained, and every facility available to guests is thoughtfully designed for convenience and relaxation. Breakfast at the hotel was nothing short of a feast, offering an extensive array of dishes. From authentic Indonesian specialties to a lavish spread of American and continental options, the quality and variety were superb. Each dish reflected freshness and care in preparation. The hotel’s location is another of its greatest assets – centrally situated in Kuta, with vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment options just steps away, yet maintaining a serene and secure environment within its premises. This was our third stay at this remarkable property, and each visit has consistently upheld the same high standards. In every parameter – hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, amenities, location, and dining – I confidently award Four Points by Sheraton, Kuta a flawless 10/10. Food in restaurant - excellent choice with something for everyone. Had a lagoon access room which was great, pool was lovely even though needed a bit of maintenance (loose tiles which some older kids took to throwing at each other but staff Eka was really good at dealing with it). Room was spacious, very clean,comfortable bed. Hotel in excellent location. Best brew was great for an evening and the menu there was lovely and great value. Staff there were brilliant. Parta in the best brew area was so lovely, as indeed all the staff were.

People smoking, one even smoking in the hot bubble pool! Personally I don’t think there should be smoking in any public areas, it’s a bit off putting when you are eating and smoke is wafting your way (best brew location especially).

On balance there were no negatives. The hotel was nice and very large though we did stay in similar but smaller at different locations before we arrived at Sheraton and they were substantially cheaper. Breakfast options were good value when, if ever, your egg order arrived. The staff, without exception, were brilliant!

The poolside room was a dream for us but it got absolutely no sun at all and the majority of the pool was largely shaded for most of the day. There was no seating in the room and virtually no storage….not even room to stow our two suitcases for easy access. The al a carte menu on level 6 had very limited an often very disappointing options. The walk via lanes to Kuta Beach area was short enough but frightenly dangerous with the traffic.

The staff was super friendly & the breakfast was amazing, the location was really central, within easy walking distance to most places. The rooms were very clean, couldn’t fault them. Showers were decent pressure and good temperature. The pools were also very clean, with nice music played on the upstairs pool during the day.

Beds & pillows were uncomfortable after about 4 nights, woke up sore back & neck. Balcony is silly, only room for one guest. They would be better taking out that recessed window area, and increasing the balcony space so that two people can sit out there together. The recess space is just a total dead space. The coffee is dreadful! Even if they make you a fresh one in the morning at breakfast, it’s like rocket fuel. Could do with more shaded sunbeds.

The staff were fantastic and listened to our requests then acted upon them.

The breakfast was good but got very boring having the same optoins every day especially when you stay 17 nights

The lagoon pool is wonderful, and for me being able to smoke on the balcony , a bonus ***** The breakfast was nice , having your eggs bought to you when they are ready after ordering is a real treat , the staff are all exceptionally polite , and are very attentive to the needs of all their guests , no matter where you go to for help within the hotel you are treated with respect, kindness and greeted with a smile. We required certain aides / and a change of room at one point for PWD and this was provided with no question, no hassles , no charge. We were treated beautifully, and being two women from another country we also felt very safe there. Thank you from Nicole & Michelle - WA & QLD AUST

The squeaky ladder getting out of pool - room 106 Music at front bar in evenings. Better vibe needed ? 👍😊 The way they made their Pina Colada needs improvement- but 2 young staff members watched our video and made them exactly how they supposed to be 👏👍 I think one of the young boys name Yoga - you were very good thank you 🙏

We really liked this hotel. It’s a street or so back from the beach esplanade in Kuta so a bit quieter but still amongst it all. That said, when you’re in the hotel and rooms, it’s very quiet. We got an upgrade for our room, which was appreciated and we didn’t have to pay extra for the kid bed. Spacious rooms, very comfy beds and pillows. They stock the room with water and tea and coffee making facilities. Would be great for rooms to provide some millk. Room looks out over the pool and you can get lagoon access. Plenty of charging ports, both for international, local and USB. There is TV with international channels. The bottom pool is great, also a small waterslide. There’s a roof top pool as well. We found the pools a little cold. Plenty of towels available. There is a gum with three cardio machines, dumbbells and one cable machine. It really needs updating, another rack or two, also gym mats needed. An extensive buffet brekkie with staff eager to please. They entertained our son with balloon making too. All hotel staff were very friendly and made our stay memorable. Our son loved kids club and lovely staff there. It has a pirate ship, slide and ball pit. Plenty of toys and activities. Our only negative and one that upset me alot, was that there were two very naughty children, always fighting, spitting and running in and out of the kids club. This made it unsafe and uncomfortable for me as a parent. Whilst the parent was called multiple times, by this stage, they really should be banned access. This made us want to leave our own child less often. This was also my observation of other parents. Thanks for an otherwise great stay!

LOVED the hotel and the overall experience!! Fabulous service!! The staff was ALWAYS SMILING and happy to service!! Very clean and nice pool & the most PERFECT LOCATION - right next to Kuta Beach and ALL major Bali activities are less than 1-1.5 hours by cab unlike faraway areas like Nusa Dua or Uluwatu which are beautiful but TOO DAMN FAR TO BOOK A HOTEL IN!!

Rooms were slightly smaller than our expectations! Slightly bigger rooms and this could have been a PERFECT 10!!
