The staff are nice.. Room was ok not the WiFi Pool access was ok Location was good easy walk to the beach & beach walk shops and restaurants all close 👌

WiFi is absolutely 💩 i was in room 115 for 5 night and for 3 nights WiFi dripping out all the time and stopped the tv local and Netflix prime all the time was for 3 days.. the front desk are not very good with English trying to explain stuff to them is absolutely brutal 😳.. Breakfast= i stayed at 7 hotel in 4 weeks and this would have to be the worst 😫 lucky there are a lot of small coffee shops around to eat at.. Shower not the best.. Lock both doors in adjoining rooms not just 1 i had kids playing with the doors at midnight woke me up several times 😳 Just my opinion 🤷

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were amazing and so very helpful. And went above and beyond to make our stay incredible.

The mattresses were little hard But apart from that I couldn't fault the room.

This is a really well priced 4 star hotel. We had the family suite which is essentially two connected rooms with the main room very big, beds are super king size and both with large bathrooms that included a bath! Super clean with daily cleaning service, staff are very friendly and the pool is huge. The location is perfect for a Kuta/ Legian stay with the hotel located in a side street so it's super quiet and you don't hear any outside noise. You can walk to most things to do in the area. Nice and cold air conditioning to escape the humidity and the WiFi is good. Breakfast is well priced and sufficient.

Our room had a slight musty smell due to it not having windows (alot of rooms do have windows). The air con is quite noisy and it sounds like a pump going on and off every minute or so (bit like a septic pump). They are doing some renovations. Possibly it's due to that? This is being super picky now, the TV is a little small and while they do offer a large number of channels for multiple languages, a smart TV would be nice so you can use your own Netflix, etc.

Room. Bed and pillows were perfect bathroom spacious. Great shower head. Love the big shampoo body wash no plastic container wastage TV. Best setup. Netflix and videos on demand. Great for us as we stayed over Nyepi day Breakfast buffet. Lots of options fruit cereal salad pastries egg station. 6 Indo options on the buffet Pool is perfect great sun lounges. This is a quiet hotel which we love. So close to the beach, lots of food and massage options By far the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. All very happy friendly.

This is such a small thing in the grand scheme of a fabulous hotel No drawers or cupboards just hanging space.

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. Poolside room was so convenient. It was quiet at night and it was cosy! The bed was comfortable and we had our best sleep on it. Pool was warm at times so perfect for swimming. Location was great as well. We rented a bike but walking to the beach was near and lots of convenient stores nearby. I would definitely come back to stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was our second time here. This time we extended it 3 weeks. A staff was friendly and helpful, we felt safe here. The pool got new inflatable rings to play with. The beach is still near with good waves. The Beachwalk Plaza is 15 walk with good food options.

Maintenance: every piece of furniture felt a bit worn off. Cleaning: bit irregular and they only use microfilter not water to mop which was not enough. Food: breakfast was OK but restaurant food wasn't. The menu and the food preparation should be reviewed. Also a proper coffee machine should be bought, we had to go to the nearby coffee shop (makita house) just to get a good one.

Property was a 10 min walk to the beach on the left and to the main JL Legian on the right. There were some good cheap restaurants, cafes and bars close by. JL Melasti was any easy walk as was Garlic Lane. Reception staff were super friendly and very attentive and helpful when requesting cabs and directions. Cleaning staff were great, coming back later in the day if a sleep in was required. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of cereals, toast, hot indo foods & fresh cooked eggs of all styles. Security staff at the entrance also provided a level of comfort knowing you were safe. All guests were friendly. Was great to see all guests sharing the facilities with nobody claiming pool loungers as their own. Great budget hotel.

The rooms were spacious and kids really loved it.Wonderful location with 5 minutes walk to the beach. Over all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in future again

A little old construction and may need some renovation. Bathroom Water for bathing and washing is a bit salty but probably nothing can be done for that
