The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The room and stay were comfortable and the best part was the location - right above the BEACHWALK. Although, we would’ve preferred a room with a better view within the property. Another downside was that there were no free cancellation options and this was sad because we found much cheaper rates for the same room at Aloft at a different website but we couldn’t do anything about that. So my advice would be to check all platforms before booking the room.

The Room is spacious enough for 3 adults, I stayed in King Room, requested an extra bed and still have space for sofa and coffee table. The facilities are great, the room is brand new, the sheet and bed was excellent. My room was facing to the pool and it has a balcony. The staff are fabulous and helpful. The hotel itself located right in the heart of Kuta, connected to Beachwalk Mall.

The location is tricky, It's in the back of Beachwalk Mall and need around 300 meters walk to the beach. It's not right on the beach. Also if you order car to pick up in the lobby, we need to go around the mall parking to be able to get out from the property.

Room was clean and well organised. Bar manager ‘Wira’ was excellent, very helpful and trying to make the guests feel welcomed.

The hotel is connected to the shopping mall so it’s convenient but at the same time, it makes it difficult to navigate to the hotel because it’s reasonably hidden - Even taxi driver wasnt sure how to get to the hotel. And the communication to the hotel after booking through Booking.com could be better - I was hoping to arrange airport pickup but they kept sending me the absence message (looks like the person looking after that job was on holiday) and I ended up not hearing from the hotel until the moment I had to fly to Bali. And the bar opening hours I heard from the front desk staff didn’t match what bar staff said, which was a bit confusing.

We had a great stay at Aloft Beachwalk. It’s connected to a huge shopping mall with tons of shopping and restaurants at your fingertips. We had some excellent food within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. The beach is close too. The facilities and room were clean and comfortable. We stayed on the last day of our trip and enjoyed relaxing and taking it easy. The breakfast selection was great with many different Asian and western options. The staff made us feel welcome and were helpful in adding on a few hours before our departure to the airport in the evening. If we’re back in Kuta, we would stay here again :)

Nothing comes to mind

My daughter and I spent 8 wonderful nights at Aloft Hotel last month, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short walk away. The mall next door had everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's thoughtful touches. The jars of goodies in the lobby were a lifesaver on busy mornings, and the sweet notes left in our room each day after cleaning added a warm, personal touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cleanliness: Hotel seems new. Daily cleaning service. Excellent amenities in the room. Room was big enough and comfortable with balcony overlooking the pool area. Staff: Staff from the security entrance, concierge, reception, restaurant, cleaners, and laundry team always have a smile. Polite, courteous, attentive, friendly, and helpful. My room had decorations inside made by the staff - it was beautiful! Location: Connected to the mall (inside the mall has supermarket, restaurants, shops, and bank). Less than 15 minutes walk to kuta beach. Facilities: Has gym and pool. Recreation area near reception and free daily snacks near check in counter.

No self-service laundry.

The location is great above beachwalk mall Kuta , the staff are very friendly especially in restaurant (Deni) and housekeeping (Nova, Wadi). the design of the room is beautiful. The front desk accomodate my need to early check in and they accomodate my request to double vacuum my room carpet due to my dust allergic.

From 4 days of my breakfast all were wonderful except on my last dat , because I wanted to have half done sunny side egg, please ensure the egss are in good quality.

Adjacent to Beachwalk mall so ideal for shopping and eating. %Arabica for your daily caffeine fix. It's very busy though. Staff are top-notch. A shout-out to Guna. Easy to get Gojek if needing transport.

Location wasn't the best as Kuta beach is filthy. Couldn't use the pool either due to noisy kids. The streets are busy and sidewalks dirty and uneven. Music every night from the Mall was disturbing. Didn't fall asleep until after they were done usually by 10pm.

From the start to the very end of our stay there was absolutely nothing to complain about at Aloft Bali. All staff were extremely helpful, respectful, and pleasant. The food was incredibly delicious and varied every day, which allowed us to experience a range of cuisines. The rooms were clean every day and was perfect. Highly recommended, the hotel service is superb, very clean and the staffs are super duper friendly. Nice hotel and ambience, its very well maintain and tight security. The housekeeping team are very attentive to provide the guest needs at their own initiative. To my surprise we got extra drinking water after the long day out. LOL. Thumb up! Kudos to the team, keep up the good work, Mr Nyoman.

Hotel room rate at the higher side but worthwhile with the service given. No regret.
