It is located in the tourist area, very convience, easy to move around, and it a very new accommodation. All feel and look great in the house, bed very comfortable, TV has a lot of channel to chose, swimming pool and gym (a bit small) but it all great. Collection of keys was at receptionist and serve by SARI, she give a very clear information of the stay. Wise choice to book with them.

Hotel attached the shopping centre and Poppy's lane which made it super convenient. Apartment was spacious and super clean and cleaning staff were very thorough. Pool is small but usually always empty as I think alot of the apartments are more residential without a lot of holidayers. Shopping centre open from 10am - 10-11pm and you can't cut through earlier and grab a coffee as all entrances are blocked until opening. Security is high and the front desk staff are very accommodating! They use whatsapp which makes communication a breeze. Across the road from the beach for surf lessons and gorgeous sunsets.

Kitchen had tiny bins - smaller than a bathroom bin which was not sufficient for daily use. Also needed some tea towels for drying. Call me old school but I think having a printed/laminated hotel compendium in the room would be a lot more useful that a pdf sent through whatsapp. Trying to find info and menus online was annoying. Also, room service is from Yellow hotel and you pay at the door when they drop off. Food was cold and breakfast should be skipped if ordering to room. Get a Gojek delivery instead.

We liked our hotel room/apartment, it was very clean, it had a warm atmosphere, there was housekeeping every day, it was close by to the hotel pool, which also was kept well and clean, and we really enjoyed swimming in it every day! I also used the gym facilities which was nice and had everything I needed. Each and every staff member of the hotel was so friendly and always warm and welcoming and helpful. The Yello Hotel restaurant had nice food and it was so close, we ordered room service many nights! We had our kids with us so it was also handy to be right next to the Mall, and also everywhere around the area was safe and necessities close by, and easy access. We really enjoyed our time and would easily return again, thank you!! 🙏

The location was brilliant. The apartment had everything we needed and was super clean and spacious. We loved the pool area and balcony. It was a great place to stay as a family.

We stayed at Beachwalk Residence for three nights as a family of four (two children, aged 10 and 5). We booked a two-bedroom suite on the first floor of the complex, which is actually the second floor of the building above the Beachwalk Mall. We really liked everything. The apartments are spacious, clean, modernly decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, TVs, safes, towels, bathrobes, toiletries. A separate plus is the presence of two full bathrooms with a shower and toilet, which is especially convenient for a family. The location is excellent. The exit from the residence leads directly to the shopping center with shops, cafes, restaurants and entertainment areas. The beach is just a couple of minutes' walk away, you just need to cross the road. There you can rent sun loungers, umbrellas or take surfing lessons. The area is very lively and touristically developed: it is easy to find where to eat, walk or shop. It is also convenient that the hotel is located near the international airport of Denpasar - the journey took less than half an hour. For active guests - there is a promenade with a cobblestone path nearby, ideal for jogging or walking. The hotel staff left only positive impressions - polite, friendly and always ready to help. Features worth considering: the shopping center is open from 10:00 to 22:00, so the rest of the time access to the apartments is through a separate entrance from the street. This did not cause us any inconvenience. Bottom line: an excellent choice for a family holiday in the center of Kuta. Combines comfortable accommodation, excellent location and quality service. Recommended!

pool not big and in the sun

Kuta is now quite strategic for us to go anywhere we wanted (seminyak, sanur) since canggu is full of traffic. I also like it bcs it's near beachwalk mall and kuta beach. So if we wanted to cool down after hot day at beach, we could go to beachwalk mall and grab some ice coffee/ fruit juices, and didnt have to walk long to room and cleaned up ourself afterward, had a little bit rest, before go to other places. Will definitely stay here again! Room is very well designed, homy, big (apartment), and clean! Definitely 10/10 worth the price!

Nothing. However, the reception only from 8 to 10, because it's serviced apartment. Which is understandable.

Fabulous place - Super helpful staff - The apartment exceeded our expections, beautiful, modern, stylish, comfortable accomodation with everything you could need, in a great location, opposit the beach and attached directly to beachwalk facilities, nice pool to cool off after a day, 100 great, cheap, restaurants in walking distance. We arrived early just as the previous guest checked out after long stay - we left our bags and went for lunch and reception whatsapped us very quickly when the room was cleaned and reset for us.

There are no criticisms of the apartment. A couple of nights there was music from the neighbouring hotel but this finished by 10 or 11pm and its a small trade off to be in the centre of a great location.
