Stay 3 nights with my family: Fantastic location across Kuta Beach and next to Beach walk shopping mall. Friendly and smily staff, always willing to help. Spacious room with a bath tub, comfortable bed and clean with view to Kuta Beach. Nice bar and swimming pool also overlooking the Kuta Beach. Breakfasts: This time was very disappointing, not fresh ( stale) , tasteless and lack of creativity. Omelette was watery, chewy roasted potatoes and my latte was room temperature. The next morning I requested for my latte to be extra hot but still they couldn't brew it as requested. This was my 4th stay, so you need to step up your standard Sheraton Kuta.

Breakfast.

The location of the hotel was great, easily accessible to the mall, nearby markets, beach & there were plenty of dining options around. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean (just as in the pictures). The staff at the hotel were very polite & welcoming. Special mention to Didik & Citra for the impeccable housekeeping; to Sagika from the SPA who gave me one of the best balinese massage & to Mirna from the restaurant (breakfast). Mirna was such a sweet girl, she ensured that we were comfortable and enjoying our breakfast. She helped in making our stay in Bali an unforgettable one. Her name always comes to our mind when we think about Bali.

Premises felt very secure with security at mall entrance as well as car park and lobby entrance. Stunning hotel overall and rooms were spacious and clean. We used laundry service and were exceptionally pleased with this service. Staff were always so kind and greeted us with smiles at any given time of day or night. They were so helpful with any queries we had and very accommodating to our group of 6. Shout out to the beautiful staff we met- Anil, Freddy, Elise, Jody and Nata. There were so many more but unfortunately we didn't catch everyone's names. From reception, bar, restaurant, service, chefs, housekeeping, security and all other staff in between, thank you for making our stay such a memorable one! We definitely will be back.

Our stay wasn't long enough.

Staff at the Hotel were the best i have experienced anywhere from my extensive travelling all around the world. Very polite and attentive from the moment we arrived to the second we departed. The food experience and the range of food was the best i have ever experienced. All food was expertly prepared and tasted delicious.

We booked a room with full sea view but were a little dissapointed as it was the same view from a room with partial seaview. We showed this to the hotel reception manager who agreed with us , but nothing was ever followed up. A good compromise in this situation was to offer us complimentry breakfast for the duration of our stay. The other small niggle was the rooftop bar was sometimes out of bounds due to private functions. This bar offers great views and a daily happy hour for cocktails so should be available for guests of the hotel all nights.

Great location opposite to Kuta beach and right beside a nice mall, rooms were spacious and staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was always great featuring multiple cuisines daily, many thanks for Anna and Andika for their help and hospitality, they managed to help us choosing specific stuff in the breakfast that are suitable for my allergy and my son (gluten allergy), thanks also for Rahde in the reception for his nice welcome and inspiring information about destinations and attractions in Bali, will definitely make it aging to Sheraton Kuta in our next visit to Bali, “five stars ⭐️ “

The hotel boasts a stunning beachfront location right in the heart of Kuta, with incredible views of the ocean—perfect for watching the sunset. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with a private balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail, from the linens to the lighting, was thoughtfully considered. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was assisting with tour bookings, offering local tips, or simply greeting me with a smile, the service was top-notch.

Excellent hotel resort with great location, closed to Everything, with direct excess to very big shopping center Beachwalk. Very nice rooftop area with pool, restaurant. We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was so great and took care of our every need. Every one we met were very very sweet and helpful, especially Elis, Endra and Nata from the Social Dining restaurant were very helpful. The Breakfast was outstanding. The rooftop pool and lounge had beautiful views. Our beachfront suite was excellent. We definitely will be back.

Nothing, Everything was great

Everything about the resort made our stay unforgettable! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from the beach and right next to Beachwalk Mall, which made exploring and shopping super easy. The ocean view from the pool is breathtaking, especially at sunset! The breakfast buffet was rich with options, and the staff were always smiling, kind, and went out of their way to make us feel special. Truly felt like a honeymoon dream!

Nothing at all — everything was perfect

Beautiful room as to be expected from the Sheraton. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom made our stay feel very luxe. We booked the Sheraton for our final night before flying out at 10pm so that we could enjoy the facilities for the day. It worked out perfectly as we could have a delicious breakfast and lunch at the in hotel restaurant and hang out with some drinks by the pool for the day. It was especially helpful that they let you use the shower room even after check out. We got drenched in an afternoon downpour after checking out and it was extremely fortunate and helpful that we could use the shower room afterward. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There were some small light stain on the bedspread which looked like mascara or something similar.
