An excellent location, Clean, Spacious Rooms, Great Staff, Beautiful Grounds, Great Shower with good hot water supply, Good restaurant, Good A/C . Cannot believe its rated 3 star definitely a 4+ Excellent Pool area with Bar. We are definitely staying here again.

Could use better lighting in Bathroom for Females.

This resort is truly an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Kuta. The gardens and pool are attractive and peaceful. Our room was large and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good. The location is ideal - close to the beach and many shops, restaurants, bars and a large supermarket.

No complaints or suggestions.

The Kuta Puri Bungalows, Villas and Resort accommodation, located 100 metres from the beach in magnificent landscaped grounds, provided the perfect opportunity for my cousin and I to enjoy the lively and vibrant atmosphere of Jalan Pantai and surrounds; beach boardwalk, our favourite retaurants (Fat Chow and Poppies), numerous small stalls, convenience outlets and Beachwalk Shopping Centre all within walking distance. We loved our separate superior rooms on the second floor which were clean, comfortable, well appointed and very spacious.The staff ensured our rooms were serviced each day to a high standard. Also worthy of mention were the delicious buffet breakfasts which were available from 7:00 to 10:30 am. We couldn't have been more satisfied with our choice. 😀😀

The location is amazing & the staff are beautiful friendly people. Special shout out to Ari who is absolutely amazing & the 2 young guys in the pool bar(Didn't get their names) but 1 was a trainee,Both were in there most days...They were great & nothing was too much trouble for them!!

Only thing I could complain about is the pool closing time,would of liked to be able to swim a little later than 7:30...but not a huge deal & wouldn't affect my decision to stay again.

We stayed in a private pool room which was great. The room was large and plenty of room to relax and the pool was a lot bigger that we expected which was a great surprise. Kuta Puri Bungalows is a little haven off Poppies 1 and as soon as you walk into the grounds you are away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta in your own oasis. Very quiet and clean and the staff are great. The breakfast is basic but substantial and the lunch / dinner options are good and tasty. Great for families and groups with a few of the Bungalows. We had a group of 12 and 6 bungalows and worked out very well. Would recommend.

The outdoor toilet was OK however would have preferred indoor. The outdoor shower was a winner though

We stayed in the Royal - One Bedroom Villa with Private Pool and it was absolutely exceptional. The staff were welcoming and took our bags for us. The Resort was slightly run down in places but was everything we needed. location great, restaurant with buffet breakfast was amazing. very happy. Room and private pool were amazing.

Breakfast was good. Some days would like a bit of variety in cereals but eggs and bacon were all cooked fresh and we didn't go away hungry. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had dinner and lunch their on a couple of occasions I we enjoyed it. We had washing done via hotel as they charge by kg not item. Nothing seemed to be a problem

Would have liked to have decent size mugs for making tea in villa. Very tiny cups. Only gave you enough tea/coffee for two cups. I little coffee machine in villa would have been nice not essential

Breakfast was fresh and had a good selection of fresh fruits, yogurts, waffles, pancakes, toast, cereals, Indonesian foods, cooked breakfast of ham, bacon, sausage, baked beans and eggs fried or omelettes. Service was quick & friendly, very relaxing each day. Room was serviced well everyday, stepping outside our sliding doors for a swim each morning was delightful. Pool was a good size and plenty of shade each day. Resort was in a great location, plenty of places to eat that were value for money, both western and Indonesian cuisine and close by.

Nothing, happy with everything

Lovely hotel situated a short walk away from the Beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of sun loungers, great pool, pool bar and towel exchange were all good.

Be good to invest in having a small gym at the hotel. Our rooms were located quite close to the hotel restaurant and so it was a little noisy at times - esp when people started working @5am. It didn’t impact us enough to mention to the hotel and we were only there for 2 nights. If we’d stayed longer, we would have asked to move rooms.
