The room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking gardens and the pool. The entire complex was continually being tidied by staff. The staff were very friendly and polite. The beach was a short 5 minute walk away and there were some great restaurants just around the corner. This is the second time I’ve stayed at Sabrina Cottages and would definitely stay again.

Smoking should be banned from the entire hotel and the breakfast could be improved.

Great location, close to lots of really nice restaurants, if you love Greek food definitely check out Cafe Santorini, out the side gate and then left, only a few minutes walk. The hotel bar had great cocktails and fantastic live music Weds & Sat nights. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

A lovely place to stay if you want to be in the centre of Kuta beach area. The rooms could use some upkeep, but nothing too serious. Lovely outside place with nice pool. Decent buffet breakfast with fair choice. Just a short walk from the beach, shopping streets and restaurants.

The rooms are a bit dated (very clean though) and could use some minor works.

Great Value for money. Casual feel. Quiet relaxing surroundings but in a great position for shopping, eating & the beach. The staff cleaning rooms were excellent & friendly. The breakfast food was basic but cooked well & presented well. Pools x 2 clean with nice water temperature. Overall we like this hotel. If you are after a good budget hotel this ticks all the boxes. We would stay again 😊

Price was great the food was beautiful, location perfect and central to what we were looking for, staff were friendly and helpful and private ATM on the entrance

we stayed to the back of the facility I think it’s gets a little more neglected than the front area. The rooms need updating also the sun lounges down the back pool and that area needs to be maintained a bit better although the rooms get cleaned daily outside the rooms do not

Location was sensational

We were located in the new building rooms where great, but the pool for the new building was very difficult for older or injured to get in and out of. Only a ladder no steps to use in or out. The deeper end is way too deep for anyone we saw to even touch bottom and there are no signs on either end of the pool to state depth. Shallow end looks a lot deeper than it is. No safety equipment around that pool at all. The main pool whilst big, is also way too deep for anyone to stand in which makes it very difficult.

Location clean friendly staff.

Don’t like the back section rather stay in front section near larger pool and bar also front has better breakfast options.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable. We loved the pool it was nice & deep. The guy who cleaned our room did an amazing job and made cute towel sculptures of animals which we really liked!

The breakfast was quite basic. There was a lack of pool towels, but we thankfully didn't have to wait long
