Excellent location everything was walking distance Great buffet breakfast varied and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and let us check in early we were very grateful for that. Spacious room comfortable bed and a hot shower

Breakfast was good but no variety from day to day. Don't allow people to smoke where others are eating. Since 2012 the law in Indonesia prohibits smoking in resturants so please enforce this. Also our TV's did not have youtube as advertised. Hot water didn't work after 6pm.

The most perfect boutique style resort in the heart of Kuta. Can't beat the location and stone's throw away from legendary Pantai Kuta. The area is surprising quiet, with a great vibe, and enough activity for people watching. The contemporary design sets this hotel apart with strong lines and effecient use of space. The big pool size and surrounding patio and gardens feels like you are in a full resort. The rooms include large patio doors with large balconies. So much counter tops, shelving, end tables for nicely organizating your belongings and new shopping purchases from the many nearby shops and Beachwalk Mall . The bed is comfortable and the linens surperb. Yay for brand new huge towels. Large sink and bathtub with plenty of shelving in bathroom. The rooms are cleaned so nicely from the hard working housekeeping staff. The buffet breakfast includes a large selection of tasty choices more than one person can eat. Popular onsite restaurant ( I recommend trying the pork belly, large and tasty portions.) Offers a variety of cuisine, with Live music every night. My friends will ask me , "Are you going out tonight." I say what for, I have beautiful sounds out my balcony. The staff are amazing.There is onsite maintenance worker who responds so quickly and efficently. From reception, housekeeping to the restaurant staff ,honestly I have never seen hotel staff that seems so happy to be at work. A big shout out to Wijaya and friends who are enthusiastic, and helpful.

Good location, very close to the beach. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. On site restaurant and room service available. Staff were very helpful when checking in and out, we requested two rooms side by side and they were able to accommodate.

We stayed on level two and rooms were all accessed by stairs, which wasn’t too bad. There is also a busy street right outside, which was slightly noisy at night but okay.

We loved the location of Dekuta. It was central to everything we wanted to do in Kuta, as well as being very private too. The staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were a decent size and had pretty much all that you would expect. The balcony overlooked the pool, which was a good size, clean and gave a sense of privacy whilst also blocking out the surrounding business of Kuta. The food was good, the coffee was very good and the music and fun that occurred in the restaurant at night added to the enjoyment of our stay.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner and the towels were a bit old and worn. At night it can get a little noisy from fireworks, but they tend to stop around 11pm. No shampoo or conditioner supplied and body wash watered down.

The staff were nice and friendly. Basically, I find that most of the people in Bali are friendly. The hotel itself is nearby kuta beach and beachwalk mall. Less than 10mins. Wifi was pretty good. Spacious room with cozy balcony facing the pool. House keeper was doing great job. As there's no DND sign for us to put outside the door, so when we opened the door with sleepy eyes they will apologise and they will always come back when we were out to clean the room and change our towels.

The breakfast is too limited and 1 stayed for 5 nights, the breakfast doesn't wow me at all. It was just basic. The room was good BUT the toilet can be better. The lighting in the toilet was too dim for my liking and everytime i take a shower water will splattered all over the floor outside of the shower. Hot water needed some time for it to be hot. So before i jumped in the shower i will just turn on the shower for awhile. 🤣 The hotel DO NOT have any lift , so you gotta walk up and fown the stairs. But that's ok for me.

The wifi was terrible and basically non-existent through out our one-week stay stay… also there would sometimes be a strong smell of urine coming from somewhere.

Friendly staff - nice pool - quiet given Kuta !.. nearly every room faces pool and has balcony - no safe in room - but all was good - v close to beach - though we preferred beach area at Legian for long hours at beach - Kuta has mainly chairs ; not lounges. The hotel had reasonable breakfast and music in restaurant - prices and choices were good . We would definitely stay again ( in fact we book again soon)

Maybe not the best pool for v young children as is deep and difficult to enter for young - but I liked pool - good for laps. No lift / elevator - that may deter some.

The location was great! Close to beach and shopping mall as well as night life. But it wasn't noisy at all. If you like soft beds then this will be good for you, if you prefer firm then maybe not. There's also a restaurant next to the hotel called Fat Chow and you MUST go there! So good.

Some stains on the bed covers, towels and curtains but they seemed to be clean'. They didn't keep door signs on door, they removed them so you couldn't let them know if you wanted your room cleaned that day or do not disturb as they normally came round about 9/9.30 so a lay in was a little difficult. I did ask for 2 double rooms and they gave us 1 double and 1 twin. I didn't complain as it didn't bother me too much to be honest.

We were only there for 1 night, but the location was very handy for the beach, shopping and restaurants. The hotel had a clean, comfortable room and bed. breakfast was good value with a reasonable choice of dishes available.

Our room had no view at all. in fact the balcony looked out onto the side of the building at right angles to our's. We were only at the hotel for 14 hours, so it wasn't a big deal, but something to be aware of.
