Extraordinary location, hospitality, cleanliness, decorum and facilities. We had a great time. We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends and family members. Very good hotel. Beach view was outstanding. Having breakfast and dinner with beach view was outstanding. We also had a great time while enjoying the beach view pool. Overall the trip was awesome because of Kutabex Beach Front hotel. Do not hesitate to select this hotel while planning for Bali trip.

Only one thing... The lady who were attending the welcome desk, did not welcome us with the welcome drink. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic for Bali trip. Just go for it.

Cheap, affordable, accessible to everything, live band, infront of beach, comfy bed, nice air-conditioning, good room service food, breakfast included, free water in room. Very accomodating front desk personnel.

Smell of room, dirty carpet, stayed for 10days and got my bed dirty eating chips i told them to change but still not changing linen, lights are little dark specially in toilet. no wifi, no signal on tv

We like the location - it is really fronting the beach. It is as described, the hotel is between Hard Rock Cafe and BeachWalk mall (with Poppies lane 2 on the side). The rooftop of the hotel where the breakfast buffet is held, has a very nice ambiance and set-up. My son and I loves the couch and. we did our mother-son bonding every breakfast for 7days!!! we talked, laugh, even had a heart to heart moment and cried with a hug. The pool is nice, not big and no cover so we didn't swim. Instead, we swim at the beach. There is a live band every night!!! which is the best part you can enjoy music and dine if you like to. And though, it is just there at the outside of the lobby, our room is safe from the noice and sound, we sleep so long due to the curtain blackout, we love that! I love the Circle K is just down the hotel, you can buy your mineral water, chips, and other things needed! oh, we even got an upgraded room! and when I have a request to have a revised in the check-out date, booking.com handled it very well. Thanks much! There's a warung (small, cheap price yet yummy food resto) at the other street.

The swimming pool should have at least a cover on the half of it. So that, we can stay in the pool. there's no hair blower. Hotel is a little old, that is why the smell of the smoke in the room is there (maybe from previous customer), the floor tiles in the lobby has marks.

they did not allow to carry towel to the pool and demanded extra for toilet rolls and towel, worst was excess charge for water ,was told IDR 28,000 for 300ml water but next door we're selling for IDR 6000 for 1.5 lt, table were wobbly and needs changing

All the staff were very friendly ,front desk staff,resturant staff and the people who cleaned out our rooms.Couldnt fault anything and very good value for what we payed for .I would stay there again.

Have nothing to complain about.

The beachfront bar and live entertainment was Awsome, the breakfast was sufficient enough, the pool was very nice on the top floor.

The rooms have no window as they are below ground level, could have a better variety on the breakfast Buffett

Right infront of the beach...good band every night...great view in the roof deck with pool...will highly recommend...thanks for my great stay...cheers

Great staff, go above and beyond to assist, even when storm had damaged the roof in dining area. they still accommodated us in pool area and served amazing food and drinks, music in front bar if you fell the need for entertainment

The hotel is just in front of the beach and the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Will totally come here again next time.
