We booked massages at the resort. The masseuse was coughing all the way through the massage and facial . My husband and I now have COVID. The staff should not be working when not well.

Our room was the executive suite. The ocean view was so lovely. The air conditioning was pleasant. Shower water pressure lovely, bathroom was huge, with plenty of toiletries available. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and with an expansive range. Great location: could not get closer to the beach or beachfront bars, two shopping centres nearby, plenty of traditional stores line the surrounding streets, mini marts and day spas close by. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They are constantly cleaning, gardening and maintaining the property. Three pools to choose from with great food and drinks available at each. Pool towels readily available, so you’re never without a dry towel. Shady spots and lounge chairs available at each pool. Meals at the restaurant were lovely and well priced.

Temperatures were in the mid thirties during our stay, the sun heated the water in the pools, making them less refreshing.

Hotel location is fantastic, right in Kuta close to shops, restaurants and beach. Walking distance to everything. Great facilities with 3 pools and plenty of room options.

Buffet breakfast - I did get food poisoning unfortunately from breakfast but that could happen anywhere. I would still stay there again. Pool opening times was limited, in the Bali heat it would be nice to have a later swim the pool hours were 10am to 6pm.

The very helpful friendly staff in all areas are the reason we continually re book.

We found the bathroom tiling in the shower area and hand basin is in need of grout removal and resealing to prevent the current leaks and mould buildup. A better facilitated change room and toilet is needed for the pool areas to provide a dry hanging area for your clothes while changing. The breakfast area and selection could be more interesting ( a little TLC)

We always get the Buffet breakfast included in our cost. Breakfast is and lots of variety. After about 3 or 4 days though we tend to skip brekky and wait for lunch as you kinda get sick of eating the same thing. Dont get me wrong there is a huge selection but you miss the Aussie food

Facility oozed old world charm, proximity to beach and local shops was ideal. Room was spacious with access door to pool area. Inclusive breakfast was plentiful with great service. Restaurant menu catered for all tastes at a reasonable price with a view of the setting sun. Organised banquet events were well catered with a range of entertainment, traditional and belly dancers with water drums and DJ included, beach firework displays just added tho the ambience. Well manicured and clean public spaces. Super friendly staff ensured our stay was all it could be.

Old world charm didn’t resonate in the room, chipped and damaged furniture was in need of a re-furbishment, dated decor and fittings in the bathroom, and obvious maintenance QA issues not super disappointing but noticeable. Room cleaning wasn’t on point, small dead lizard and plastic ring from a previous occupiers indicated a lack of detail and stained net curtain on door out to pool was distracting.

Ive stayed at this hotel several times ...I love it because its very convenient to both the airport (30 mins max) beach , shops & restaurants etc ,is a great walk along the beach path to Legian , is relatively inexpensive and has 3 pools! this time I booked a room next to the Kelapa Pool which was very convenient - perfect for waking up and heading straight to the poolside . The pool is very relaxed and more 'family orientated' compared to the sunken pool & swim up bar. The room was also easy access to other areas while being nice and quiet. I would book this room again.

The aircon didn't work properly ( the fan only functioned on high so was quite loud) which I was unsuccessful communicating to the staff. Also the bathroom - especially the shower could do with a thorough clean to stay on top of the mold. I did also very briefly stay in a room on level 1 before I left and that room - though without direct access to the pool was very clean and could be a good choice.

Staff were great, breakfast had everything you would want, hotel in walking distance to shops beach and restaurants. Spa was great, and with the discounts it was as cheap as on the streets. Restaurant/room service menus lots of choice. Shower was not in a bath which is good for elderly people, but it was slippery

The beach was unswimmable due to the rubbish, fireworks every night, till midnight some nights which was nice unless you were sleeping. Swimming pools difficult to get out of for elderly people. A rail for older people to hold onto while walking down/up the steps would be useful as they are unable to pull themselves up on the silver ladders.

From the time we arrived at the Grand Inna Kuta until the day we left, we felt so welcome. The staff were amazing, always friendly and so very helpful. I was unwell one day and l didn't go down to breakfast, the staff ask my sister where l was. On my sisters return from breakfast one of the staff accompanied her with a plate of food.

The rear of the hotel opens directly onto the main boardwalk at the beach (less than 50 metres away). The hotel itself is located in what is likely to be the most convenient place in Bali. You can walk directly onto Kuta beach or walk on the beach to Seminyak. You can easily get to dozens of businesses such as eateries, bars, spas, souvenir stores, mini-marts (small supermarkets), and other hotels. There are 2 shopping malls (one mid-level and one top tier) within 400m of the hotel's entrance. The room was modern and clean. The safe, aircon, tv, and fridge worked fine. Linen was crisp and clean (especially important for my partner whose standards are higher than mine). The room had enough space for a day bed and a chair. Our room had a completely unobscured sea view which we loved.
