lovely Bali style hotel an older hotel and 3 star so a little tired but good value for money combination of couples and families clean pools x 2 good shower with plenty hot water aircon worked well fixed the tv which wasn't working when we arrived but fixed it next day! really convenient location close to beach walk mall. a nice quiet haven away from the business of the beach shopping and traffic Back exit thru Wina hotel was great to take you straight into the back streets of poppies 2 etc for shopping. Found the prices slightly cheaper than Legion Loved that the hotel reducing plastic by having glass water bottles in rooms and a water cooler station to top up your empty water bottles for free Good effort!!!!!!!!! Redusicng rubbish.

rooms would benefit from being renovated but if you are happy with 3 star hotel then value for money

Rooms where very clean with lots of space and staff also very friendly and helpful. Swim up pool bar was great, and communal areas kept tidy and clean. Felt very safe as there is 24 hour security at the entrance.

Breakfast could have had a larger selection, especially for vegetarians, and been topped up more frequently.

The pool was amazing! The rooms looked nice and clean with nice view on pool. Very nice environment! I recommend it!

The water was not completely hot. The restaurant is very below average, I recommend eating elsewhere!

We had two pool access rooms next to the rear pool which was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and lovely and clean. Breakfast was a buffet style which was sufficient for the price. The hotel is located up a lane way just a few minutes walk to the beach but you could also walk through a rear exit to the streets behind the hotel which had restaurants, massage parlours and shopping

We ordered room service several times and ate it on the room terrace, it took ages for the plates to be taken away and sometimes the cats got to the leftover food. The pool closes at 8pm although no visible signs were put up and many people used the pool late at night which was quite noisy as all the rooms are close to the pool.

The location was fantastic. Its a short walk to shopping centre beach and if you use the back entrance cheap eats and massages. We stayed in a connecting room (Family of 4) which was a comfortable size and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was simply. Pools were deep and clean with lots of sun lounges. We had no problems with WiFi and there was a small selection of English TV channels available. Staff always were kind and helpful. Very peaceful and quiet. Value for money for a simple, no frills hotel. Make sure you ask staff about the back entrance as it's hard to workout where it is and you need to walk through another hotel to get out.

Breakfast was pretty ordinary. I would recommend not including breakfast and eat out elsewhere(there is a lovely little Cafe in the laneway behind the hotels that has the best pancakes we have tasted). The pool temperature was a little warm but probably a bali problem. Because of the location of the hotel being so close to a shopping centre it made traffic getting to the hotel horrible. They did have a swim up pool bar but wasn't staffed and had little selection if you did requested a drink.

Older style Balinese resort, but really good value for money. Close to the beach, and we had 2 rooms located next to each other that were clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 5. 2 pools to choose from, and plenty of seating around each pool. Food and drinks were priced accordingly with expected resort prices, and breakfast was fine for what you pay. Staff are friendly and polite, and were happy to help with any enquiries.

There wasnt anything we didnt like. There were no surprises or issues with our stay. Heard some of the other guests complaining about breakfast options - but there was definitely enough variety and quantity if you're not a fussy eater.

Pool beautiful and rooms clean and very comfortable. The family especially loved the beautiful artwork and statues around the hotel which made it feel like Bali 20 years ago.

Great staff, especially the front desk guy - his name begins with 'G'I think. Made my stay comfortable as it's my first time in Bali. Super helpful with recommendations and some translation with my pickup to the airport. The pools were good, and my room was clean and a comfortable bed. Staff are attentive. Location is walking distance to the mall area and food places.

You could see the place needed some reno work, room was clean, but the barh tub had rust all over it and smelled sewerage once in a while. Breakfast wasn't that great but you can see the staff are doing their best to accommodate a busy crowd.

The staff were very helpful at check in, allowing us access to our room before scheduled. Exploring the property gave lots of pleasant surprises. The main pool was Relaxing in between the beautiful surroundings. It was a short walk to the main high street, the main mall, the beach and lots of restaurants. There’s also a back entrance which takes to the cheaper local shops, which gives a different side to Bali.

The indoors could do with a fresh coating of paint. In places it’s looking tired. The restaurant choices were limited.

The more traditional Balinese architecture and beautiful gardens are really lovely. The pool set in the gardens is an attractive for relaxing. Bar , pool table and library are cool and shady spaces to relax. The hotel attracts young families it seems so apart from the happy sounds of children it was a quiet place. Room was nice and big with its own balcony , table and chairs. Bed linen very clean and fresh. Good bathroom and shower. Fresh bottled water delivered daily to room as part of house keeping. Staff, especially on front desk, very helpful and can easily organise transport. Only 5 minutes walk from Kuta beach but couldn't hear any bar or traffic noise.

Pool doesn't open until 8am. Breakfast buffet was more limited than some places but good considering the price. Gamelan practises for 3 hours some afternoons. Request a room further away from this if you like an afternoon siesta. Some problems with plumbing (non functioning shower and toilet flush issues) meant we had to have a room change.
