Lobby/Resto so many mosquitos.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, topped up daily which was nice. Great location quite near to the beach. The rooftop pool is great, BUT...

...unfortunately they were renovating the rooftop area while we were there so we couldn´t enjoy all of the space or the rooftop bar, and it was a bit uncomfortable to relax with the builders there. But they have to do renovation work at some time I guess, so we were just unlucky. Maybe we could have been offered a food or drink voucher to compensate?

The location is unbeatable—just a 1 minute walk from Kuta Beach. Perfect for catching the sunset or an early morning surf session or walk on the beach. The rooms were clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the small touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival and daily room cleaning. The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar and on-site massages service for relaxation. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I will be in Kuta.

The pool was great and breakfast had great options to suit everyone, housekeeping was really good service Warung kita down the alley toward the beach has best food. 2 mini marts right out the door. Close enough to walk everywhere

We didn't like the shower door not closing completely because water went everywhere out of the shower. Own opinion but Pillows were bit too fat.

Friendly staff clean hotel very close to beach the pool needed a really good clean but other than that it was great A buffet all U can eat breakfast an egg station good variety of food for breakfast there's a mini mart shop across the road sells most things including cigs any snacks drinks icecreams toiletries etc massage ladies next door to mini mart & shopping & food everywhere near by Enjoy!!!! ✌️😁🐟💃🏼🥳

The price is reasonable, love the location nearest to the dining place, mini market, and walk to the beach only 5-7 minutes from the hotel. Clean, room smells good, guest amenities quite good, water pressure nice, drainage is good and AC acceptable. Nice that hairdryer is available and the best is they have a double-sided mirror for ladies! Love it!

The TV is not working properly

Very reasonably priced. Excellent breakfast buffet, only thing missing was some good coffee.Next to the beach and to tourist shops/ malls. Many complimentary ammenities and 2 bottles of water free each day.

Lack of view from window. Bed too short- certainly not a double for Europeans. Not soundproof. Bathroom door was not closing well and 2 towels for 2 individuals are not enough.

The room didn't have windows outside, so no natural light. It was positioned on the middle of the building. Sometimes the other visitors were noisy. It seemed that some things were kind of neglected on the pool bar and pool area
