Clean, good location nice pool

Breakfast wasn't good, pastries stale, fruit wasn't fresh, tastless

We recently stayed at Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali for 11 nights and had a great experience overall. The location is fantastic—right opposite Kuta Beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and beautiful sunsets. Upon arrival, we were upgraded from a King Deluxe room to a King Executive with a balcony and oceanfront view. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large king-size bed, chaise lounge chair, mini-bar fridge, wardrobe, safe, walk-in shower, and ducted air conditioning. The hotel has a large swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was not easily accessible for someone with a disability like myself, as there were no proper steps or handrails. We later discovered a family pool with rooms that opened directly onto the pool area. After requesting a move, the staff promptly accommodated us. While this room was slightly smaller, it was still comfortable and had a patio door leading straight to the pool area. It also has a kids wading pool. Accessing the pool was still difficult due to the step ladder, which was challenging for me to use. We shared some suggestions with management, and as they are actively making improvements, we hope they consider adding better accessibility features. The hotel also offers a good buffet breakfast, including an egg station, juices, tea, coffee, cereals, pancakes, pastries, and muffins. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect. While there were some minor maintenance issues, they were dealt with quickly. With a few accessibility improvements, this hotel would be even better for all guests.

We loved every minute of our holiday there, the staff were so friendly , polite , helpful. Nothing was a bother for them when asked anything. The rooms cleanliness was perfect.The location across from the beach was ideal.The breakfast had such a variety for everybody to choose, the food was delicious.

The location was good and the staff were very helpful.

The shower was quite old and not working properly. We had to call to get the shower tap and its accessories changed. The mirror in the bathroom was very old and we could see it was rusted and not enough light to be able to shave.

The wifi was very bad

Staff not good in English. Wanted to visit a local tribal village but reception staff arranged a car for me to visit a tribal hotel instead. Terrible misunderstanding

none but best if they can change bathroom fixtures, bed linen and bath towels.

Everything about the place from staff to location, staff eager and keen to help. The prices are very reasonable considering its location and access to the beach. Plenty of local warungs for food and several western style restaurants to keep the westerners happy.

The place is a little run down after covid for so many years, but the effort to bring it back is keen and ongoing.

Strategic location in the middle of Kuta .Ocean view room . Everything is walking distance.Staff helpful manager amazing.

There is a small renovation that can be confusing for some people.. The white window curtains are very dirty time to wash !!

Location wise, perfect, just in front of Kuta Beach. Very lively at night with marts, malls, lots of restaurants for dine in nearby. Variety of options for breakfast and its halal.

Bathroom (inside the room) cleanliness / condition is not to my expectations for a 4-star hotel. Shower water pressure is quite low.
