Would have spent more money on drinks & food has it not been so expensive. Suggest lowering prices which would keep guests using the facilities at the hotel.

Grounds were spacious providing ample room for children to let off steam. The paths are all raised which kept us above the flooded grounds when those drenching rains came daily. The pool was divided into two, which was perfect for the 2 year old, the 9 year old loved helping his cousin in the shallow pool. The deeper pool was lovely for relaxing in, pool bar always welcome in the heat. The breakfast buffet was excellent providing a really good variety of food and drinks. The rooms were spacious. The air-conditioning was broken in our room and they promptly moved us to a new room when it was unable to be fixed. The bonus of a photographer on site was great for a family photo session ( for this nanna) meant we got a framed memory of our Christmas get together, of course it's hard to refuse to buy a few extras at a very reasonable price.

We found the beds very hard. One of the reasons I chose the resort was for its sunset pool to get the best perspective of the setting sun, sadly children were not invited to be on this deck so we were unable to watch sunset from the resort, I feel for that 30mins an exception could have been made ( they weren't there to swim or drink)

Beautiful and clean hotel. Our room was very spacious. The infinity pool and 2 for 1 cocktails in the afternoon from 2pm til 7pm. The grounds very well maintained. Staff friendly,polite and helpful.

Only 2 issues that I could fault; Our bed, it felt like lying on a brick. I prefer a firm mattress but this was uncomfortable. The prices of the meals (Breakfast and Dinner), pricey when compared to other restaurants/hotels. We went out for breakfast every morning and places that offered all you can eat buffet were half the price in comparison. Same for dinner prices.

We paid for room only so can’t comment on breakfast offering. Room was fantastic, we actually thought our Deluxe Room Garden view had been upgraded (we hadn’t). The rooms are enormous and the bathroom has separate bath and shower - again the bathroom was very spacious. Bed was super comfy and they had a pillow concierge!

We had a little hiccup with some washing. We wouldn’t usually use the hotel washing service but we were pushed for time. It unfortunately didn’t come back in time for when we wanted it and was very expensive but that’s what you get for not getting it done outside the hotel.

Room was new garden view which was lovely, staff put mosquito spray out for us due to a few mozzies. Ayu at breakfast was friendly and helpful l had a dry throat Ayu made me a ginger lemon and honey drink which was very helpfull, Ayu is such a lovely person and served us last year as well. The breakfast was lovely the waffles and coconut ice cream is so good with plenty of choice for toppings. The Pool is great my sister did say the music was a bit loud and could hear it from her room. We will definitely stay again. Staff at front desk were very helpful and efficient checking in and out. Great security at gates felt safe and helped us cross the road each time.

We had 2 rooms, and both were bigger than expected, one of the rooms had a door dividing the lounge room from bedroom which was perfect for the baby to sleep. The cot was provided free. Breakfast buffet was expansive and had lots of choices to keep even the fussy 2-year-old happy. The kid's pool was perfect for water confidence for the baby. The Pullman gave easy access to the beachfront for sunset drinks and an easy walk away for the hustle and bustle of the honking cars and motorbikes. I loved that the security guards were always watching for us to leave or return and always helped by stopping the traffic for us to make it easy to get across the busy road with the pram.

The bed was harder than we are used to but that is travelling for you.

The property is really well set out with areas for families, adults and is clean and the staff are all friendly and attentive. We used the gym which was of pretty good quality compared to other hotels we've stayed at, and the rooftop infinity pool being an 'adults only' area meant there was a nice area to relax.

Nothing comes to mind. The pricing of food in the restaurant was high compared to other places in the area however that is to be expected.

We liked mostly everything. The location, easy to walk to the beach and other restaurants. The pools, kids loved their little pool. The manicured gardens were beautiful. The entertainment at the adult only pool was brilliant. Watching the sunset with a cocktail was magical.

I requested adjoining/connecting rooms twice and in plenty of time. My daughter, partner and two children had two rooms not connecting or adjoining but with a room in between. Our room was around the corner. This could easily have been managed if some planning had gone into it. For a place this size there should have been another pool, spaces were limited around both pools. There is a state of the art Gaggia coffee machine in the breakfast area. The wait for coffees was over 20 minutes and the coffee was terrible. Should be more training and other available options. Most hotels have a jugs of Balinese coffee which I would have been happy with.

I like the location and the pools the breakfast and bbq Mondays were amazing food too!

The room was very good however, on the second night we had three families arrive and stayed in the rooms next to ours. They left their doors open and talked loudly to each other and on their phones until nearly midnight every night! They were extremely rude people who had obviously never been to a hotel before. This problem seems to be part of a major Bali problem as it happened in all 4 of the hotels we stayed in. My wife and I have now given up on Bali and are going to Malaysia in future.
