The breakfast was amazing, not the same everyday and lots of choice. Swim up bar was brilliant, lots of space around the pool area. Perfect for my 2 year old who had a beach pool, a smaller pool and the slides to play on. The Azul Beach club restaurant was amazing for food. The seafood buffet they offer could have done with a few more options but still nice. The air con was brilliant just what you need and the WiFi was really strong and never cut out throughout all the hotel. Nothing was to much trouble. Across the road to the beach and a 2 minute walk to Garlic lane with all the shops and bars.

Rooms were well presented and well appointed. Staff were very good and cleaning our rooms daily. Breakfast was also exceptional value with a great range to choose from. Pool and ground staff were very quick assist and serve us and the Day Spa was also fantastic.

The Hotel was very clean and the grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The pool facilities were exceptional and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

I think the Cottage Club Rooms (we paid extra for these) were a bit underwhelming, they need to be a little bit more luxurious for the extra that you pay. The beverages at the Club Lounge facilities were great but again the food portion of the Club Lounge was a bit underwhelming unfortuantely.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient and the pool and slides were a big hit with the kids. The poolside menu and drinks were also great and reasonably priced. We loved the movie night on Wednesday night, kids just wished they were more often than once per week. The kids also liked kids club and the Nintendo and air hockey table in particular.

The room we stayed in was a good size and configuration for a family, however it had an unpleasant damp smell to it mixed with a stale smoke smell in the linen. I wonder if a room with a balcony and an ability to air count would be nicer, they renovated rooms looked nice from walking past.

Amazing gardens and facilities and well looked after and staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. Kids club is great for families w children. Good food options at the restaurants and good fun themed nights. Great pools for kids and adults.

Menus at restaurants slightly pricey for what you get & Needs more Indonesian food. I thought Kids club was included in room rate but it’s not, and most organized activities are at an additional charge on top of the daily fees. It also could have more variety in the activities and not repeat activity schedule every second day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mandira Resort in Bali! The location is perfect — right between the beach and Kuta town, making it super convenient for exploring and relaxing. Our room was cosy and comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping it spotless throughout our stay. A highlight for our family was the beautiful beach pool — my wife and our little one had the best time there! The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Mandira has truly become our favourite resort in Bali, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway in Bali!

We loved our stay here. The hotel had the most amazing buffet breakfast, the pool was amazing, loved the swim up pool.. bit disappointed we couldn't just order a drink in the pool and add to our room, we had to give a credit card at check in for this and we only own debit card.. SO had to get out of water go get phone or cash to pay and walk through water to pay for like a drink.. have travelled a lot and never come across this before. Still loved every aspet of the hotel. it really was a beautiful hotel with AMAZING staff, so accommodating and wonderful and we were made to feel like family.. Definitely would return again.. Also we ate at AZUL restaurant connected to hotel, wow the meals were HUGE and yummy def worth dining at. THe drinks were awesome too. And PADMI who served us at pooll and cocktails at night was the most beautiful soul, she is an angel... THanks for being so inclusive and fun and loving, you made our trip so special xx

The room we stayed in was very comfy and clean.. gave my review as beds were good but have had better pillows at other resorts. ANd woudl have loved a balcony, and not a fan of shower curtian over bath, however in saying that, the shower pressure was AWESOME.

The food, especially breakfast and location were amazing. The breakfast was beautiful, so many choices.The Pool area was absolutely lovely and it had plenty of shade if you didn't want to be in the Sun, the pool was also nice and warm. The Staff were so accommodating, helpful and lovely. I would definitely come back. On the beach for the sunsets and live music. Incredible place.

The only thing I can say is that we had cockroaches in our bathroom, which wasn't pleasant because I hate them. I think it was because there were plants in the bathroom.

Booking in was great . We had come from a Villa with our family who was leaving the night of check in. They also was greeted well. We were told they were welcome to stay in our room u till they left for the airport. Abig Thank you for that. The Breafast buffet was awesome 👌 the room service was great and fast the pool areas were fun. My grandchildren loved it for the time they were there and having the beach so close awesome. The gardens were exceptional 👌 😍 and tidy. The animal life was cool as my granddaughter said. We would book again .

Amazing pool ,close proximity to shops and restaurants and across the road to legian Beach .The staff were amazing and friendly. The gardens I would say have to be the nicest I've seen in legian .

I'd say 4 star at best , terrible WiFi virtually had no internet at all .The family room was old and needed an update .The outdoor breakfast seating table cloths were torn and stained .On Easter non guest were allowed to come in to use facilities as they hosted easter activities for kids.This caused all the pool lounges to be taken by non guests and pool was full of kids .No pool rules were enforced and patrons were jumping off the rock wall .
