Very friendly, great food roof top pool very helpful staff and the Padma Street location is so central to any shopping you require. Tommy's leather next door, and House of Komangs tailor all high quality makings both in Padma Street. A Tip if first time to Bali and not sure of prices or don't like haggling look for the fixed price shops and you will know the prices to pay on the street. Also if you are staying awhile first couple of days go to Bali Bintang supermarket you can get anything from food and alcohol there. Final tip if using taxis in bali only use Blue bird taxis as they have a genuine meter and a honest driver the darker green type meter no good and they will try to haggle with you. You should be able to get anywhere in the main area between 10000rp to 50000rp which is between $1 to $5. Work on 10000rp equals 1 dollar basically divide rupiah by 10 to get the dollar value.

The staff were amazing. They were incredibly accomodating and so very friendly, especially Natalie and Dede. They were the best. The room was a great size - it has a kitchenette and microwave which is great for a family, the beds and pillows were so comfortable and the restaurant was great quality food, fresh and delicious. The location was the best part. I think the only thing that could have been better was the pool - the location and setting was great but it felt slimy inside. We went to the Mandira pool every day, next door and swam for the day. Otherwise, I am so happy with our decision to book Rama Residence.

The pool was slimy so we had to go to another pool, next door at the Mandira each day to swim. Everything else was exceptional.

My previous review summed up many aspects. All fantastic. Our breakfasts were included in the price for this stay and the choices are wide and excellent. Choices include selection from the a la carte menu as well as buffet options. Coffee was very good. We also had lunch and dinner at the motel; both were inexpensive and delicious. Rooftop pool has ocean view, cabanas with large sunbeds, as well as pool lounges, a bar and very helpful and attentive staff. Laundry facilities operate by tokens obtained from reception; the machines are easy to use and detergent is included. Motel room was excellent as were room attendants. Staff throughout the motel are super helpful and very kind.

There was nothing not to like. I will stay there again next year.

This was a repeat visit for us to Rama residence. Last time we stayed for 3 nights and this time stayed longer. The location is excellent. Near to beach, shops and restaurants. We booked a one bedroom suite this time and loved having the extra room. We were in 301 and it was in a good spot as doesn’t afternoon sun on the balcony. The staff are professional but friendly. The hotel is very clean and we noticed that maintenance is an ongoing process which shows in the well maintained rooms and pool area. The pool is clean and there’s a selection of areas to relax. This hotel is definitely a good choice for couples or families with older children. The restaurant sells a really good selection of food ( both western and Indonesian). They also have a great afternoon tea selection which we’re able to use as was included in our room rate. The bed was comfy, there are robes and slippers in each room, the one bedroom suites have 2 tvs and 2 toilets. The kitchen area is basic but works for anyone wanting to self cater. The fridge is a full size with done freezer space. There’s also unlimited drinking water available in each room which is a bonus.

The room was lovely, we went for our honeymoon and were upgraded. There was a water filter machine plus fully equipped kitchenette- ( although we didn't really use that as the food was so nice to eat out). The bathroom was nice and bright , water always hot. The breakfast in the restaurant was always lovely, cooked to order with a good choice, plus a buffet of cold items. Staff were lovely, really took time to go the extra mile. The roof top pool area was lovely, nice and quiet, with a bar and the option to have food delivered to there . Also it was really handy to have an onsite laundry room. The hotel is very close to the beach which is a bonus.

Had a studio which was a good size and very comfortable. We were there during 'silent' day and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had entertainment and the restaurant was open in spite of the full lock-down. Thank you as this was outside of their beliefs. The location was fantastic. The bed very comfortable. Shower was hot and lots of water. Having a small kitchen was terrific.

We were not that keen on the breakfast however there was so much choice around and breakfast available 50 meters away on fabulous beach front watching surfers ...who cared! Interesting there was Earl Grey tea in room but not in restaurant. Anyway enjoyed so much we will be back.

My husband, myself and 31 year old daughter just returned last night from 2 weeks at Rama Residences Padma in Legian Bali. It was perfect. Such a good price for a large room with kitchenette and lounge area. Filtered water cooler in room. Shops, salons and restaurants right on your doorstep. 5 min walk to the beach. Laundry room and roof top pool. Modern and clean with lovely staff. Our visit was during Nyepi (silent day) and the hotel staff made sure everyone was comfortable and new the procedures

Please increase your music playlist by the pool! Listening to the same 5 songs on rotation for 2 weeks is not fun! Happy hour prices by the pool would be appreciated and I’m sure would increase sales.

Comfiest bed & softest sheets I've ever slept in. Amazing location, just 300m from the beach and right in the middle of Legian shops & places to eat. The staff were awesome, especially Oming who went out of her way to help me get my Netflix account working in my room - Thank you Oming!! The pool was so nice & the view really pretty. Took me by surprise that the pool was only waist height (no deep end) but it didn't really matter. I would stay at Rama Residence again without a doubt.

They played the same 6-8 songs (pop) by the pool all day every day which was a bit tiring (especially when they were played loud in the morning) BUT this my only negative to what is a great, value for money resort.

Gorgeous hotel - our room was so comfortable. We had the one bedroom suite which gave us a separate lounge/kitchen area and two toilets, perfect when you have one partner who is an early riser and one who loves a long lie in! The bed was massive and super comfortable. I loved the bathroom, there was tons of storage so I could unpack and settle in. The shower was amazing with strong pressure and instant hot water. The kitchen had a water dispenser, full sized fridge and nice big mugs for your morning cuppa. We absolutely loved the location too, it was so close to restaurants, pubs, clubs, shops AND the beach. But the best things was you'd never know it inside the room, we heard absolutely no outside noise once we were in our room. It was like a sanctuary. The rooftop pool was great for a lazy afternoon and I never had a problem getting a sun lounger to relax on. It was handy having the little rooftop bar there too so you could get a drink and snack as well.

I didn't love the pillows and found them a little uncomfortable, but my husband did like them, and I never got round to checking if they had any different options they could have switched out for me. That is literally my only complaint! We would 100% stay at this hotel again.

I was on 3rd floor under the pool. Each morning i was woken at 7am by the staff dragging furniture around at the pool. Then latter in the evening the furniture was dragged back again
