Everything was great, clean rooms, great view overlooking the pool, we had a big family room. Aircon worked fantastically. Bathrooms clean and spacious. The breakfast was buffet style and had plenty of options, and 2 different eating areas to choose from. Ibis had a fantastic feature I've not seen before at another hotel with was great, with that being FREE water in the foyer, so you can reuse your water bottles and refill as many times as needed and it not cost you anything. There was also a Trusted Money exchange next to the tours desk which was on point with the behind glass changers on the street, made it super convenient when going out early. The pool was great size, same level the whole way, they even have a smaller separate pool just behind the big pool, for the littleies. Pool towels are behind the front desk, you must sign for them and return them by 7/7.30pm. We didnt use the Washing service as I thought it to be a bit pricey. We also didnt utilise room service or cleaning, though I did place our rubbish in bags just outside our door and they were removed quickly. The cleaner that I did see was always so polite and the day I had a funny turn and my key wasn't working he was a few doors down and let me into our room promptly and apologised for the inconvenience. All in all the Ibis is a great place to stay, great value, great customer service, amazing friendly staff its worth the money!! Is there anything I would say they could improve on? YES, but thats structural haha they need an elevator. Getting luggage up and down those stairs is alot.

The stairs 47 stairs on one side and 37 the other we were on the 3rd floor, there is NO elevator. It was/IS alot to climb multiple times a day. I also couldn't figure out how to turn the shower function to the bath setting and even though the plug was pushed down it still emptied :( its also a bit cramped to get the the bar fridge and safe, even for our 9yr who is tiny found it hard to get into the space.

Hotel was amazing. Nice big rooms, huge beds that were very comfortable, nice balcony with great views, wheelchair accessable all over the hotel, beautifully maintained, staff were amazing and run very well. Buffet breakfast was amazing and staff were very attentive to our needs and extra food on request.

Pool was freezing but understandable as it gets very little sun and it was cooler weather. Pool had quite a few broken tiles, but maintained during the evening and was fixed quickly.

Good price and able to get connected rooms with our teens, which is why we picked it. excellent location to restaurant/shops/markets/short 5 min walk to beach. clean. Comfortable beds. Brilliant staff. useful mini fridge. clean pool. Seems most rooms have a balcony to view of pool. Room-service menu reasonable price and selection of foods. Great air conditioning. Staff very quick to reply to email after I booked, and quick to respond to requests during stay.

The property is 3 star, so a little tired, but at that price point you don’t expect a luxurious resort. Greying towels. Pool only 1.2m deep, which was ok for us but may not suit some people. Also, there’s nowhere near enough sun lounges. Breakfast included was ok, but very basic. Really weird placement of long window of frosted glass from room to bathroom, can make out the shape of whoever was sitting on the loo. Still good value for what we paid.

Great service by staff, location is close to shopping as well as great bars. Very central. Clean room as well as fantastic pool. Very cost effective shuttle services to and from airport. Accommodating staff. Great spa service with convenient time slots. Happy hour cocktails was a bonus and the breakfast baffet had great variety of options both western and eastern cuisine.

Bathroom had a downlight hanging out of socket. Room service was a bit average - food had bad flavour.

The area was fantastic, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice. The balcony was a nice size and didn't get wet when it rained.

Our air conditioning was not cold and was extremely loud. The pool was almost completely in the shade by 2pm and cold. No lift. I had a facial, and it was not the slightest bit relaxing. She was very rough and rubbed the stuff she put on my face all through my hair.

This place is a little hidden gem and does wonders for your holiday , it’s has all the space you need in your room and the staff is amazing at this place the pool is amazing

Well the place needs some t l c the deck by the pool is barely holding on the rust around the place is pretty much rampant and the building shows its age big time , the food and restaurant needs a huge overhaul

Pool is very nice to swim.. Best to stay for couple days.. Closer to resturants, massages, markets. Great spot..

Fridge is not cold and freezer is tiny wont fit any small bottles when want them to cold or icy. Most surfaces is not fully cleans probably. Air conditioner sometimes issuses as well. Toilet flush is very annoying - told staff three times. I have stayed there 3rd times back 4 years ago, one just recently- same issuses still. My favourite cocktail (hazelnut milk) is no longer now.. Will come back again if they fixed all mechanical..

location was good pool very nice staff very friendly. when had to make changes and stay a bit longer in Bali staff very helpful

breakfast was very plain chose to eat elsewhere 90% of stay food menu good variety some dishes really good some not so good but overall was ok. don't like the fact that i payed $100 bond for room service at start of stay on credit card paid bill in cash at end of stay and have not yet been refunded bond back to credit card which i find to be quite upsetting when they should refund back straight away which i found little bit unprofessional that's the only gripe i had in whole time there

I have stayed here a fair few times always great place. Perfect location Good breakfast Thankyou to suki , always polite definitely made our experience enjoyable. Massages were amazing great team. Other people travelled with loved there treatments too.

Unfortunately some of the front staff struggled to understand when asking them things. Didn't accomadate one of the things requested kept saying yes after the 3rd time asking and it hadn't happened we just dealt with it. Prefered the old towel policy just sign the book when take towels and then sign again when bring them back.

The location is very nice. There are many restaurants and convenience stores located nearby. Plus Legian beach is just a walking distance. The staffs are very friendly.

The rooms need renovation, at least the room i stayed. The lock of the balcony door is not functioning. The toilet doesnt look clean because it looks old already. The toilet door keeps making noise everytime you’ll open it…not a good thing when someone is asleep already in the Middle of the night and someone will use the toilet.
