We were welcomed by Edy the hotel driver at the airport. He made our holiday experience so easy with his flexibility to take us anywhere we wanted. We used Edy as our main mode of transport, he also spent a day talking us to all the lovely beaches around Uluwatu which was fantastic. I would recommend Edy and will be using him when I return to Bali. The hotel is an excellent base, facilities within the hotel are clean and comfortable for the cheap price. Will be visiting again

Location - a 2 min walk to a range of legit massage businesses 5 min walk to Garlick Lane and shopping 10 min walk to the beach Pool clean and good size option: ground or rooftop room cleanliness and staff very polite and helpful

The building is aging and fittings are a bit tired Breakfast not good value do not recommend opting for paying for brekky in advance There are much better brekky venues within 5 mins walk such as Pad on Bene just around the corner

fairly typical Balinese hotel. Two good size pools, one with a swim up bar, the other had a bar alongside. Great location in the heart of Legian withe any number of cafes, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

As a 70 yr old I found the rooftop pool very difficult to get in and out of. there was only one ladder, the rungs were very smooth, round metal, no flattened tread to make it easier to bear my weight as I tried to climb out. The rungs were also 50-60cm apart which made it almost impossible for me to haul myself out without help. After several failed attempts I made one last attempt before calling for help and that time I managed it!

For a solo traveler I loved that the staff made me feel like family and always with a huge smile. The whole experience was great I stayed just over 3 weeks and the hotel is so clean and they never stop cleaning the rooms are very spacious comfortable and a close proximity to Legions wonderful restaurants just a short stroll. Both pools have steps with handrails for us oldies to get in and out easy which is so good. I was lucky to get to know the staff and Edy the driver/security is the perfect host for Champlung mas always checking that I’m ok and driving to small tours was a true pleasure. Until my next trip back to Champlung Mas

I love the location it's walking distance to everything is perfect. The staff are so attentive. If u call for help they are there in minutes. The steps and rails on the top pool are great and made it less stressful getting in and out. Room service was exceptional. The room was great so much space and the bed was so comfortable. The TV was great it connected to netflix and other apps as well. The egg station was amazing.

The breakfast this time was not the same as my last few stays. The buffet needs to have less fried food out for breakfast, except keep the banana fritters they were so yummy. There needs to be more sunbesbeds at tms

when we got there we were told our booked room was not available (booked out) but no worries, we’ve got you a deluxe. we were taken right up the back of the hotel to a very underwhelming room with a balcony with not much view of anything. we asked to move in the morning to our original booked room and they were able to accommodate this. our next room was great. looking right over the pool and up the front of the hotel. breakfast was great. heaps of variety and changed up every day. location was perfect too. 2 minute walk to Garlic lane and the beach is 5 mins. staff were lovely too

there’s obviously renovations going on and our first room was right next door. lucky we moved next day. it other guests were up in the deluxe rooms and angle grinders and drop saws being used next door isn’t really relaxing. pool is lovely to look at but I found cold to swim. the hotel is tall and narrow so limits the sun that can get to it. not that there were any Sun beds to lay on. 8 in total fir the entire hotel.

Central location, Room Service was excellent, Staff were welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The Spa massages and treatments were of high standard and professional, the Restaurant featured different themes for buffet almost every night as well as the al a carte menu and room service. The Breakfast buffet was well worth it and convenient. 2 pools, one on the roof and a larger one on ground level for swimming. Security good.

Pillows...the pillows were terrible. Other guests were inconsiderate and loud through the night, suggest signs to remind them to be respectful of other guests as well.

The property had everything we needed from a minimart to a restaurant, two pools both with swim up bars, live music, spa salon which was so serene and beautiful and the staff were amazing. Catered to our every need!

The rooms smell musty like when the air is damp but after a couple days, you don’t notice it so much and I don’t think it’s a problem with this particular hotel, I think it’s the same anywhere you go in Bali, with the humidity. It felt like it would be a problem when we first arrived but it didn’t bother at all for the rest of our stay, especially with the aircon running the whole time.

Reception staff were variable, some excellent but a couple were found to be wanting and provided poor hospitality service. Plumbing issues on both of our past visits

Everything. Value for money is incredible. The hotel is very central, in a safe area that was safe for a young girl to walk around alone at night time. Both the hotel staff and the locals were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. There are shops, pharmacies, shopping centres, international and local restaurants, and bars all within a 5-15 minutes walk, and the local Uber-like company, Grab, is very cheap for scooter rides, car rides, and food or grocery delivery. the beach is a 5-minute walk away, and there are mini-marts both across the road from the hotel and one in the lobby of the hotel. There are two great pools, one more tranquil on the rooftop, as well as a hotel spa and restaurant. The rooms are very spacious, with large balconies, overlooking a garden with local trees and the main pool. There was a minibar, which supplied two free bottles of water, coffee, and tea each day, and daily housekeeping was available. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay at this hotel next time I visit Bali, and recommend it to anyone else visiting.
