We had the inter connecting Family room which was perfect for us with 2 kids. Location was super convenient especially for our first time in Bali. Everything was in walked distance. Even though it is a bit older hotel. It was good value for money. Staff were very accommodating.

Only thing I would say could do with more English speaking channels on the TV.

Booked a Deluxe Room with a balcony with pool views. Received a room with a balcony overlooking the road directly above the hotel bar that had Karaoke playing every night till 11.30pm. I like music but I don’t enjoy being kept awake by drunken, tone deaf people screaming into a microphone till nearly midnight. The pool looked nice but when we got in it was slimy and very low on chlorine.

Very reasonably price. Room was clean. Deadlock on door of night as I was travelling alone. Air conditioning worked very well.

The breakfast was great although could do with an extra day's variety, seem to be same menu on a 3 day roster. They do however offer bacon and eggs cooked they way you like. The pool was very clean and did not have any concerns of putting my head underwater. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Look after Jenny across the road and she'll look after with washing and cheap clothes.

I had a chest and sleeve tattoo done whilst over there. I knew I would have created a mess with the sheets and would have had to pay something which is only fair. But they mentioned after the fact that they could have put old sheets down. The price of sheets was more then what you'd pay in sydney. After a negotiation with them, I feel I paid a reasonable price.

I honestly don't know why, but they cleaned my room daily. It was very nice to have two fresh towels every day. The place is clean, well-equipped, and inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. I'm not sure if I ever go back to Kuta, but if I do, it will be my choice for a stay again!

It isn't quiet! There are too many kids. All windows face a pool, which gets occupied by loud kids at 7 AM (!!!). Also, the walls are thick—I had to listen to people having “fun” from both sides every night. :( Also, there were many old people in this hotel and the area. So, if you are younger than 60, this place might not be a good fit.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even made me a margarita that wasn't on their menu (lychee Margarita) and didn't mind at all to make it.. The shower was small but I didn't mind as it was well stocked with soaps and small bottles of hair wash. They even supplied 2 x 500ml of water each morning when the room was cleaned. Location was in a really good spot, I made sheppys and garlic lane my landmarks as had no trouble finding my way back. Will definitely stay here again. The only if anything was my bother, tv reception was glitchy and wardrobe hangers were set in an odd way that you hung clothes in a straight line (pole of hangers was the width)as opposed to the length of the wardrobe. But I didn't intend on spending time watching TV in a foreign country and managed to hang clothes ok. Hands down will definitely be staying there again!!

Tv reception was glitchy but I don't fly overseas to watch TV. So it was not an issue.

Only negative was we checked out 3 days earlier than planned so you got 3 days free basically which didn’t bother us but a glass got broken and the lady at front desk was quiet rude wanted 500000 for a glass when you just got a few hundred extra I’m sure accidents happen we didn’t damage room and left all our toiletries and insect repellant for the cleaners only fault about the place

Shower was too small and when wet quite slippery definitely needs an upgrade. Beds were quite uncomfortable, pillows were good though, sheets were clean. Pool wasn't in working order so was a little disappointed. We unfortunately checked out early due to the shower and bed issues We did have a lovely stay apart from that. The staff are absolutely lovely inside and outside hotel.
