I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the beach and shopping mall. It was also close to my venue for the NYE celebration. The room was comfortable but quite small. We made it work for 3 nights, but staying longer with larger cases would have been difficult. The AC was not working well when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed, and we had a cool room for our stay. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was very busy with no footpaths, so if you have children, I would not feel safe walking there, and taxis take a long time as it is a very busy area. Grab bikes or hiring your own bike would be the best transport if you go further than Kuta. The shower was great, but the bathroom floor got a bit wet as there was no door on the cubicle. Not a great issue for me, though. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I did not book a room with breakfast so can not comment on the quality but there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast. No option to buy drinks at the hotel but their is a fridge in the room.

Lovely pool we really enjoyed the pool access room. Wonderful staff and very central location to lots of bars restaurants shops etc just around the corner from the main road. Pool snacks and breakfast was all nice too. Small variety on offer but didn’t bother us. Excellent value for money. I would come back in the summer time to stay here. When I asked the maintenance to clean the air con filter it was done in 5 mins flat. After that the air con was so cold it was amazing.

You can hear people in the other rooms showering but aside from that nothing else was a problem here. Great little place in the heart of the action.

THE SHOWER PRESSURE & HOT WATER ARE SUPERB!! We booked here for our last night prior to an overnight flight due to its close proximity to the airport & honestly we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is small, simple yet updated and clean. The WIFI is great and it is easy to walk to restaurants, spas & mini marts nearby.

There was very minimal sun lounges and you can't really sunbake throughout the day as the pool was mostly shaded by the building.

Clean room, fresh linen, excellent staff, breakfast is basic but fresh and tasty. The location is fantastic but comes with one small downside, it it's central, quieter than being on JL Legian.

Location - JL benesari is now one way, when booking gojek or bluebird often have to meet on corner of JL Legian, I suggest noting this to the driver in the app.

Great location to walk most places, lots of food around. Close to poppies Bed was comfy, enough space in room. Bench for your suitcase.

Probably wouldn’t book here if I wasn’t going to stay in a pool access room. Best part of the hotel is walking straight out of your room to the pool. People order food to hotel often and leave it around the pool, which isn’t cleaned up by staff that often. Stuff left laying around for at least a whole day sometimes. Aircon wasn’t perfect but I think because we stayed in the room that got the most sun it struggled. We asked for a second room key to leave it running while we were out, otherwise it was impossible to keep cool.

Great location, lots of restaurants, shops and everything near by. The beach is short walk away and it’s really nice. The room was okey, a bit dampt. The pool was so nice, deep enough so it was nice to swimm there. Breakfast was good and the staff were great. Good for few days.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is great very close to shops, restaurants/bars, laundry etc and not a far walk to the beach. The staff were lovely and helpful! Overall it’s a very good stay especially for the price point. 😊

We do think the rooms need a refresh, the walls in our room were quite rundown but we made do as we didn’t stay very long.

the location is superb, very central and close to everything I specially wanted to check out while in Kuta and the hotel pool was definitely one of our favourite parts about our stay. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind enough to let us exchange higher rupiah notes of cash to smaller amounts for us to take our shopping etc. there is an ATM on the same street which the staff happily pointed out to me as well as a money changer right outside the hotel which is handy for anyone needing this.

nothing to fault personally, we did not try the food on site so can’t pass on any information here.

Location is close to the main street that connects seminyak, legian and kuta and close walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around if you're looking for your last week to shop and eat. We were in walking distance to everything. Also loud music from clubs and pubs nearby but not loud enough that you can't sleep. The rooms are just a bed and bathroom but great value for money and pool/pool area is clean. We also ended up getting a 6pm check out on the day we were meant to leave because our flight got delayed but was so appreciative they were able to accommodate our request. We had a ground with pool access room, I suggest that if you're in and out of the room like we were but they do have elevators.

When you flush the room has a sewerage smell for a few minutes. It didn't ruin our stay but it was sometimes a little unbearable. Loads of pubs nearby but would be nice if it had some sort of pub to get drinks for days we wanted to chill at our hotel. Maybe convert the rooftop or put tables and chairs or beanbags up there?

Great place to stay for a couple of days. Right in the heart of all the shopping, restaurants and bars, and very close to the Bali Bombing Memorial. Clean basic comfortable hotel rooms with tv and balcony. The hot shower had great water pressure even on the 5th floor. I didn’t use the pool as it was raining, but it looks lovely.
