I like the staff a lot, they are very friendly. Foods is excellent. I really recommend have dinner there at there restaurant then randomly find it outside the hotel because it is cheaper and better quality. On Saturday night, they have promotion which is really great.

Location is far from the beach, but we can walk and enjoy shopping along the way

The hotel had 2 pool areas that were always clean and tidy. I had a lovely garden view room with bed outside. Staff friendly and always helpful.

The breakfast let the experience down. It could have had more fresh fruit and chicken sausages are not boiled. A bit expensive for what was offered.

Love the location, being able to exit on to Jl Legian at the front, or Jl Benesari, at the rear. Great breakfast with local options, loved the new gym, love having two pools and the pool bar upstairs. Rooms were huge and well renovated. Best part is the authentic Balinese atmosphere, and all the staff always go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the food and cocktails by the pool. A haven amongst the busy-ness of Legian.

One section is being renovated, so there are building noises at times, but these are strictly controlled (no early morning or late night work) and, tbh, most people aren't in the hotel during the day, anyway. The gentle Balinese music being played throughout the grounds during the day are soothing and mask the noise. And the work will.be completed soon.

I got woken up to spray / fog my room

Pools were lovely as was the garden. The pool bar was handy and the staff attentive. The Day Spa was convenient and again the staff were a delight. Great aircon in room. Housekeeping was great.

Breakfast options were limited but OK. There was a dirty robe in our cupboard, and linen was dull and looked unclean. After it was changed it was great.

Breakfast was good plenty on offer with an Indonesian style. Location was great!! For shopping and easy 40 min walk to Kuta Beach. The staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful. Will stay again. There is a great lane behind the the hotel that you can walk through the hotels restaurant and to the left down the lane are a few spas which are very reasonably priced and there two great handmade leather shops mainly bags and wallets

We were in the quiet end of hotel.. the late pub music from next can be heard in that room but didn’t bother me., but bothered some of the other guests. It’s in Legian Road bordering Kuta so the whole strip is pretty lively. My partner would have liked another small garbage bin in the room

2nd time I have stayed at Fourteen Roses Boutique hotel...the word Boutique was what attracted me... It is pretty, with lamps, lovely inviting foyer, beautiful gardens, water displays, 2 beautiful pools & waterfall, lit up @ night so magical. It is a typical Balinese vibe & buildings. The staff are friendly, helpful & delightful. Love the juice in the foyer daily I will be staying again.

The beds are quite hard & I'm use to a softer bed, but it was a large bed which I loved. The TV channels are not great, but only had it on sometimes, so not a big deal.

The 2 swimming pools were amazingly beautiful and room was clean. We could enjoy coffee/tea and traditional dessert for free at the lounge which was very relaxing while waiting taxi or planned schedule. All staffs there are so friendly and kind, I could ask anything easily.

We asked the airport pick up but the driver with my name wasn't there at the gate. When I talked to the other ppl from other hotels, they asked me the pic and phone no. of the driver but I didn't have any info. If you are planning to get the airport pick up, plz make sure to ask hotel some information of the driver.

The hotel is gorgeous, and I'm glad we booked here for our stay. You felt as though you were in your own slice of garden paradise. We booked the two Bedroom Mandala suite, which had a King room and a twin room. Which the staff were lovely enough to make the twin beds into one bed, as it was myself and my bestfriend staying. The staff were wonderful, with Anggi being the star who made things happen when we asked. She also helped us out in a Balinese costume photoshoot included in our hotel stay. Great food in the hotel restaurant, and Walden makes the best cocktails. There were refurbishments happening on one side of the hotel, which didn't really impact on our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The twin room I stayed in, had the bath mats folded over. I thought one was grey in colour, however upon unfolding on the second day, I found it was actually dirty. We had the room cleaned that morning, and again the mats were folded over upon return. Looking clean I didn't think any further, until evening when we were back and found it was dirty. Took photos and reported it to the staff at the front desk. They offered for the room to be cleaned again, which we declined as we were leaving early the following day. Aside from that, it was a lovely stay, with the staff being pleasant and professional.
