We stayed for 8 nights and it was amazing. Firstly the staff are the best we have experienced in Bali. Everyone from the front entrance security, the pool and maintenance staff, housekeeping, reception and service staff - all highly professional, happy and understand excellence in service. The villa was next level. Traditional Balinese feel but with all modern conveniences. The private pool was large and around 1m deep. It got lovely sun which kept the water at a great temperature for swimming. The bed was very comfortable, you can cast your streaming apps straight to the tv without vpn. Breakfast delivered to the villa each morning and plenty of options to choose from. Afternoon tea, some delicious snacks and a great time to play cards and chat with the staff. We left our foot spa treatment until the last day, which we regret because it was so good, we would have liked to return for more. Overall a fabulous stay and we would highly recommend Alaya Dedaun. Like anywhere in Bali, mosquitoes can be a challenge, but the staff manage it well with fogging, mozzie coils and provide mozzie spray

The staff were fabulous, very accommodating. The villa was spacious, and having your own pool was great. We did the flowers in the pool because we thought, why not. Looked fabulous. Even had breakfast in the pool. Breakfast was great. It is a great place to stay with your partner. Loved their homemade insect repellent was great and worked very well as I have sensitive skin and did not irritate it. I wanted to buy a bottle, but they did not sell it.

The only thing I would pick on is maybe they need new white towels as they were a bit discoloured and also the sheets as well.

Hospitable staff who were friendly so there is a really nice and homely feel to this resort. A private sanctuary amidst the vibrant Kuta, where the beach and shopping mall was about 10 minutes away. Breakfast and tea-break were served conveniently in-villa at your preferred timing. Bed, bedsheet and pillows are comfortable. Big villa, private pool, large toilet, dining/kitchenette.

Room for improvement on the food (breakfast, tea-break and BBQ dinner). Clearing of the uneaten food & washing of the utensils after breakfast/tea break could have been more prompt to prevent flies or other pest.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! From the moment we arrived we knew we were in for a wonderful experience. The staff were AMAZING; the breakfast choices were great and the food delicious. The additional daily surprise afternoon tea was a fabulous treat including the massage. Our villa was beautifully presented in Balinese style, and the outdoor pool was the perfect temperature for swimming! We can't wait to go back again.

An exceptional place to stay. Located in off the main street you find the quiet and peaceful villas. Staff were excellent and having a butler was lovely. Service was impeccable and you are well looked after from the breakfast served in your villa, to afternoon tea, and nighttime turndown. The on-site spa is one for pampering and indulgence. The room was very spacious and included all amenities, slippers, and robe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable ensuring a great night sleep. The pool was large and so pretty at night. I would absolutely recommend a stay here if it’s within your price for that something extra special.

The property was everything promised. The location was good. Despite being situated near a busy street the surroundings were extremely quiet. The villa was clean and the stuff came every afternoon to do mosquito control. So there were hardly any insects. Just some small frogs and geckos at night time by the pool. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and for an additional fee you can order floating breakfast or breakfast in bed. Many food and drink options to choose from.

You have to book spa appointments at least 3-4 days ahead if you are time sensitive (evening times are usually booked).

We loved everything about our stay! The staff were amazing, the breakfasts were delicious and well presented, our room was SENSATIONAL and we absolutely LOVED the location, the grounds and the pool! Lots of wonderful things within walking distance, definitely our top place that we have stayed so far! The spa was a very special treat, wish I could have stayed there all day too! Truly wonderful and cant wait to go back again!

Absolutely NOTHING to dislike about this place, you won't be disappointed! From the moment you step inside, you are in paradise and feel just like you should on holidays!

It was close to the main street of Kuta, but far enough back that you couldn’t hear the street. 10 min walk, or less, to the beach. In your villa, you couldn’t hear a thing. It was so peaceful. It was like living alone. We had a private pool (waist deep - I’m 186cm). Pool water temp was perfect. Room service would arrive within 15 mins every time (food & drinks). Front desk was easily accessible by the phone in your room. Breakfast included each morning. Sometimes, I would order seconds ($8 a meal approx). Complimentary soft drinks and juices in the fridge on arrival. Tea bags provided. Filtered water (for hot and cold) in the kitchen. There was a spa (massages etc) on site - book ahead. Cold, quiet aircon. Huge bathroom. Outdoor was very humid, but very cold inside. Overall, it was a relaxing, tranquil experience. I would go back.

Weak shower head pressure. I would change the shower head. However, this did not upset my stay. 10/10 overall for villa layout, location and staff service.

We loved everything about this property from the moment we arrived. The staff were beautiful friendly and very helpful. Our villa was 10/10. we have been to Bali a few times and I would have to say this met all our expectations and more. Breakfast being delivered every morning was a real treat and we could not fault the offerings. relaxing in full privacy by our own pool was just what we needed for a well earned holiday. The location of shops restaurants and poppies lane was right out side and yet you felt a million miles away once back in the villa, it was paradise. We will definitely return. The whole team at Alaya were beautiful and nothing was a problem. We had two treatments at the Dala spa which is well worth the money the experience, a real treat. Love Love Loved it
