The location was great, nice and quiet away from the busy street.

When we first arrived there was no-one at reception. We had to look trying to find someone to check in. The area appears a bit messy at first as you walk in, it would look lovely with some attention. The villa itself was lovely Balinese style with wood carvings etc. It was very specious and clean. There was a porch area which was great with kitchenette, one room with bathroom and another seperate room with shower/toilet with seperate entry and key. There is a lovely garden area so overall the whole villa was a great size. There is a bit water container which was lovely, large fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, stove, plates, cutlery, table and chairs, storage space etc. Shower was a bit dodgy, water wasn't always warm (but lucky we didn't need it too much). The shower head is placed in a weird place so the water comes really high. You need to hold the handheld shower head to wash. There is no curtain so the bathroom gets wet. Password didn't work for the internet so we had to call the staff to help us out which they did. No-one was checking to see if we need toilet rolls, towels etc. We had to ask for that. Once you find the staff and ask they are great and very helpful. We asked for hairdryer and TV and they did bring it the next day. When we needed to check out there was no-one again. We had to wait there until we could spot someone to let them know. The staff was nice and friendly but they need to communicate a bit better. "Thanks for staying with us" or "Hope you enjoyed staying here" would have been nice when we were leaving. Overall it was good value for money, location was great and we liked how specious the villa was!!

Communication from staff could be improved. There was no-one at reception on arrival or departure. No shower gel in bathroom, no hairdryer, kettle won't turn off so it can be potential fire hazard, shower head needs adjusting and shower curtains would be a good idea.

Basically nothing,

Not a damn thing it was disgusting. A backpackers hostel would have been more comfortable and would not offer any refund after paying $550 and we stayed only 30 minutes.

It was filthy, no bin in my room, no tv in either room, no mirror anywhere, advertised as a house but rooms were a walk in between or I could jump over a garden onto slippery tiles, outdoor setting was stained completely and looked nasty, aircon barely worked and certainly wasn’t cool. There was probably more but that’s what I hated in the first 30 minutes then left.
