The location is fantastic for a solo traveller. On the main road half way between garlic lane and poppies lanes. The room was lovely and clean with the most comfortable beds and great air-con. Room service is open 24hrs if needed which is great for late night arrivals etc or returning from a long day. Bayu, a cleaner, has become a good friend! He goes above and beyond to care for you during your stay, he would be an asset to the Sun island if moved into the customer service area such as reception or restaurant. His hospitality and kindness is why I returned here to stay solo. You're always greeted with a warm smile and hello from all the staff.

The pool is closed by 8pm. I think it should be available for use until at least 10 pm, and unfortunately, it's shaded by the building most of the day, so it can be quite cold.

-entrance door had a gap and we could hear throughout the night anyone walking past -the room itself is not isolated at all so all night we heard dogs barking or loud music

The staff are very accommodating and polite. The facilities are very good with a day spa and roof top pool/bar. You are not in Seminyak but it’s only a short grab ride away to most places.

Not much not to like really. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Everything was perfect. Staff always friendly. Rooms cleaned and fresh. Close too all shops . Convenient. They have water dispenser in the hall way which was so convenient. Loved our stay . We booked 3 rooms for 5 days. Best in Legain.

Room 406 was very noisy due to the neighbors dogs. They had like +-10 dogs on their property. Water would shut off on odd occasions. Maybe they were doing maintenance. But if we advised them they will sort out immediately.

Super friendly and personable staff! Great buffet breakfast and relaxing pool areas!

Noone at the pool bar at the time and had to call the bar to get drinks. But understand te under staffing issue.

Loved the location, the pool was great and the bed was very comfy. The staff were lovely, always greeted you & our cleaner Bayu was fantastic. Breakfast was nice although fairly basic and had to purchase bacon. Meals from the restaurant were good. I would definitely return here.

They only sell bintang, mocktails and soft drink at the pool bar but have a sign saying you can't bring your own beverages to the pool area. Very disappointing. The rooms aren't that sound proof, was woken several nights by loud arriving/returning guests.

The residence next door had dogs that constantly barked and disturbed the rooms overlooking that property. Music from nightclub too loud early hrs of morning that echoed through. More variety of breakfast dishes would be good. Cocktails on offer and Bintang that doesn’t run out. Otherwise a great place to stay again😊

Ganga and Nokia were amazing as was most of the staff. The pool was nice, the hospitality excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was consistent but delicious. An easy walk to the beach. Reasonably priced swim up bar is a plus!

Not within the hotels control but traffic was awful. Almost better to walk the last half mile to there then the ridiculously slow intersection. Pool deck needs to be undated but if you walk not run you should be okay:)

Loved the spacious suite. A little in need of small repairs to bathroom. But excellent value for money for the accommodation. Pool decking should also be replaced. Perfect location for shopping and beach.

Nothing not to like, although doors slam on hotel rooms. Probably annoys other guests. Pool decking and tile repairs needed.

Lovely property with everything close by. We stayed in the suite and it was a great size for our family of four. Staff were accomodating in adding additional beds! Bath was a win for our little one

The facility has moved away from serving alcohol which we thought was odd
