Big comfy bed, clean room in general, complimentary water, and a welcome alcohol free drink, nice touch. A tv set with English speaking channels 37 inch. The pool is small but nice. Small but useful refrigerator. Soap and shampoo in the shower, no bathroom door just a curtain, not an issue for a solo traveller and in either case there are chairs and a table outside the room. One rack to hang a towel in the shower room. Good working aircondition. They can keep your key in the reception. The girl in the reception knew to smile, I always feel that a welcoming smile, helps setting the mood. Location is great for this area, don't forget to check their black handbook of drinks and food, for the restaurant.

Manage your expectations, and you'll probably might come back here if you are coming back to kuta. The wardrobe could use a good paint job. The mirror in the bathroom seems to be on the side or it was made for Bilbo Baggins or Tyrion Lannister?? I used the mirror in the room instead. At first glance the sink and space around it seems a bit rough, but at this price point that is ok. It's unfortunate that the concrete building facade above the pool isn't painted, just a small annoying detail

I absolutely loved everything!!!! the staff was amazing people, i don’t know why there are bad reviews about this place bc this place is amazing especially if you don’t mind loud music during certain hours!!!! It was clean, and overall just a great experience and place to be!!!! i also LOVE mia! (i think that was her name) but she was always greeting me with such a warm personality! i loved it!

Just stayed 30 nights, all the staff are really beautiful and always smiling and welcoming, beautiful swimming pool area, foods awesome and cheap ate there the 30 days, highly recommend this place, awesome sports bar and huge pool room area upstairs, just booked 30 nights again next year

1. Hotel is at very good location i.e. located in the main area. 2. One Indian restaurant (Down town Indian Restaurant) is exactly in the front of our stay. So no need to walk away. 3. The nearby places is full Bar, restaurant of different countries, pub, DJ etc for enjoyment. 4. Kuta beach is 10-15 min walking from hotel, also the route was full of street markets for shopping. 5. Taxi, rented bikes, ATM, authorized money exchanger are very close to our hotel. 6. One suggestions : In the nearby market you have to bargen very much for genuine price of the product, because the shop keepers tell 2-3 times higher price.

Everything was good in the hotel, only one thing can be improve : Hotel doesn't provide breakfast facility while room booking, however the you can buy/take your breakfast as per of your choice in the taman ayu bar & restaurant, which is in the premises of the hotel.

Beds too hard for me, and also the light outside the room all night stopped me from getting a good sleep as the curtains were thin and the room was lit up all night

If you want quiet, steer clear of rooms 909/910, there's a lounge and smoking area where folks hang out drinking and talking all night and morning 😅

The occasional cockroach but that’s to be expected on the ground floor ne t to the garden. The staff were quick to come and sort though. Was quite funny to be fair.

Very friendly Staff. Very well positioned. Ground floor rooms available were nice, much better than carrying stuff upstairs. Has a Restaurant/bar right out front, which did not make noise.
