The staff were super friendly & helpful Happy hour every day buy 1 get 1 free drinks 12pm to 6pm The main pool was awesome

It’s not adults only so you had annoying little crutch goblins splashing you in the pool 🤣 & I feel breakfast should be included in the price

Everything from the wonderful staff, to the beautiful room and pool. Absolutely amazing and the food was incredible. Every morning breakfast was something to really look forward to and we would like to make a special mention to the Executive Chief Danny who made us feel so welcome and took time out of his day to make sure we were enjoying not only the food but our time at The Stones as well. We have been made to feel extremely special and are so grateful for having experienced our honeymoon here at The Stones.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and great variety. Staff very accommodating with my wife's Vegan requirements. Pool, Reception & Room staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed with the standard of the drinks at the Pool & Bar area. You promote Happy Hour between 12.00 & 6.00pm which is excellent, however to find out that the drinks especially the cocktail ones are made with less ingredients during this time was disappointing. For the example Aperol Spritz is normally made with Prosecco or sparkling wine which during Happy Hour it wasn't. It tasted like watered down drink. Even the Sprited drinks seemed very weak with alcohol during happy hour.

Check in at 3 pm , why ??

Pool and service at the pool was excellent, loved the beds in shallow water to just roll into when hot or dangle feet. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was amazing with every variety you can imagine… except pork bacon…. Donuts, ice cream, waffles, eggs made to order, Asian variety, salads, fresh squeezed fruits of every variety, cakes, muffins and so so much more. Room was very clean and room service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.

Music at the pool area some afternoons was extremely loud which impacts all the rooms surrounding it, not great if you’re wanting to relax in your room in the afternoon.

We will certainly return. Location amazing especially for shopping and restaurants or just lazing on the beach ! Staff from every section 10/10. Room clean with plenty of complimentary water and drinks. Nothing too much trouble if we asked for assistance. Our room wasn’t ready by the checkin time which was a little annoying however we were given a lovely fruit platter and lots of apologies.

If we had to find a problem it would be the amount of pool lounges. They also need to be monitored as people would put their towels on them early morning and not return for hours!

Breakfast best Buffet selection , loungers sitting in the pool water , large pools , spa pool string bubbles, staff were efficient , effective and great English and so helpful . Lifts smooth and smelt great . Nice toiletries, bath on balcony and privacy curtains and lounger. Location so close to beach walkway along Legian and down to Kuta , free push bikes , pool service and entertainment every afternoon early evening . The reception toilets were stunning .

When the balcony door is open aircon turns off which I understand so power is not wasted but the room has tiled floor and it would literally get damp and tacky to walk on .so was slippery , The toilet / bathrooms could do with an update in the rooms .

The staff at The Stones went above and beyond with everything to ensure we were so well looked after. One day I was not feeling well, the amazing staff at the pool arranged for a Doctor to come straight to me and then transport to the hospital. There was so much to like, the free software drinks in mini bar, the breakfast , happy hour from 12-6pm, The poolside menu was also good especially the burgers. The facilities were very clean particularly the toilets at the front of hotel. Room service, house keeping exceptional everyday room was always fresh.

Nothing the only complaint we had was The bar fridge wasn't keeping drinks cold, (not unusual in Bali though) however this was quickly retified by the Stones with another fridge being provided.

The place made us feel special. It was big, grand, and gave the sense of luxury accomodation. Our room had a little private pool which was unique and really enjoyable.

The venue is probably due for a renewal and se think the grand-ness stays at the surface only. The free minibar wasn't exactly generous being only 3 small cans of soft drinks. The room while generally spacious was lacking in seating/lounging space. The tv system seems outdated in days of screen casting and app media content. Having a meal in the room was challenging. Limited towels means that the private pool use didn't have a foot towel before reentering the room. If we used our shower we can't repurpose both. This was somewhat disappointing. Access to the hotel can be a challenge being in the Kuta area that we had to limit our timing to enter and exit the place at certain times of the day to avoid traffic.

Hotel was great, breakfast options plentiful and great, staff could not do enough to ensure the say was magnificent. Special mention to Yuli who was our personal customer representative and did everything asked & went beyond expectations. Location of the hotel is central to most things, could not fault anything. Pool at the hotel deserves a special mention.

Drinks were expensive, massage services, although wonderful were also expensive compared with similar services outside of the resort.
