The location and facilities.. as we expected.. it is little away from main road , but it got its advantages too. Very calm quite atmosphere..so.nice sound sleep.. passage to property is little narrow but cars can can come in..it is by side of a Big Mall , still no noise or disturbance inside. Nice garden and crystal clear water pool. Mall, shoping areas Kuta beach all walking distance ..Breakfast is buffet and near the reception and is changing daily.. Mr Gede and staff always on call. Kerp up the good work Mr Gede and team... when we make another trip...surely our first choise will be Le Lima ... already I have suggested to my friends..

Nothing particularly.. the narrow road leading to property is little dark, during night, especially at the entrance ...and I have already informed the management..

Good value for what you pay We only stayed the one night before our transfer. But would have liked to enjoy the beautiful pool. Rooms are basic. But we’re clean and what we needed. Great value and great location to shopping and all you want.

Breakfast wasn’t a lot. Only toast and coffee. But restaurants all very close

Everything!! I got clean, quiet and comfy room. Pool and outdoor area are clean as well. Spacious parking lot. Nice staff. Coffee or tea and toast for breakfast. About 200K rupiah a night and they serve breakfast, WOW! I can find bar, restaurant, shop and everything near by. Kuta Beach is only 5 mins away by walk. So, it is GREAT acomodation for that price. I will def consider this place for next time I come to Bali.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms need to be upgraded for the review to be higher. The shower head fell off the wall and there was poor ventilation. There are no TV channels in English. The pool is wonderful and once you walk down a long lane you are right in the middle of the action.

The room is a lot nicer than similar priced hotels in the area. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and funny. Great location in the heart of legian, just far enough to be away from the noise. The pool is big, and in a nice setting. I will be staying here next time I visit.

No laundry service. Smell from toilet after you flush, but it goes away quickly. TV needs an Android box for foreigners.

The pool and the gardens were immaculate and very well looked after and really clean.

The bathroom was mouldy and was in desperate need of a replacement. The drains released an awful smell when we ran the tap.

The location is fantastic, the staff are friendly, the pool is beautiful, and the Gardens, rooms are reasonably clean. Value for money.

Room is good with balcony, small fridge, AC. The pool is very nice. They even gave me a hairdryer :)

The cleanliness is not very good, especially in the bathroom.

The pool is so nice! The room is spacious. Nice staff! But it's really recommended and worth the price! 💙

After 2 days the bathroom getting smelly. Need put air refresher or parfume there 🙃
