The location is good near walkable distance to the beach, although at night loud music from surroundings, staff is nice and helpful, rooms are simple no AC and hot water, wifi is good, breakfast is simple but made with love, property is classic, pool gardenstyle is cozy but all could be a bit more organized, the family who runs it needs some more energy I guess?

There is too much of stuff stored at the property which makes it all a bit messy, get this more organised and keep up some restyling and maintenance to make the property peaceful and attractive again.

Amazing little oasis in the middle of the busy Kuta not too far walking distance from the beach and suuuuper friendly staff, very flexible and sweet in helping us out. A beautiful building and chill pool. Also very calm and no complaints over the noise from the nightlife in Kuta. Very good price for the stay.

We had a fan in the room but it was still quite hot, missing a bit of An airco but overall the friendlyness of the staff and the pool made up for that. Do keep in mind the rooms are not over the top luxury but it's worth it for the price

this is a little gem of a place. secluded in kuta, 5 minute walk away from kuta beach. surrounded by restaurants, mini mart , laundry money exchange , spa. the pool is deep, but has a little one for tiny people...always clean. surrounded by trees. rooms are very clean hot and cold showers. it's amazingly quiet, it's set back from a little road so you don't hear anything. there is a lovely sea breeze that keeps this place cool constantly. staff are amazing. lots of different ethnicity in and out, lots of interesting friendly people to meet. from reading other reviews I'm sad that people have been negative....if you know bali you will know that you get one blanket!!if your cold ask for another one.. it's fxxking hot!! of course there are cats and dogs!!! it's bali!!! yes there are fireworks never goes on past 10pm, it's kuta!!! and yes the breakfast is basic but it's 30,000....in gbp that's 50p!!!! walk 30mtrs and there are plenty of places to get breakfast. if your polite you can get hot water to make coffees and noodles from the kitchen. no cockroaches, no mozzies. I've travelled through out bali....this place is a little oasis.

The owner and the staff were really helpful and nice, except one young guy there, he seems very rude and he don’t like locals to stay there I assume, even we spent as much as what foreigners spent. So discriminative. However overall the vibe of the hotel was really nice, homie and all the trees around the pool make it feel cosier and cooler on Bali weather. Love this property.

What I liked the most was that I could sit outside and just watch trees and other houses with unique arhitecture! I saw fireworks every night for three nights, that I will remember! All the shops and markets are very close! Beach is just like 500m from here! I appreaciate this stay and welcoming owners! Thank you!

A nice little hotel with a nice pool. You can (apart from the mosquitoes) sit relaxed on the associated terrace and forget for a while that there is a busy pedestrian zone right next to it. The owner is very nice and happy to give you tips if you ask. I couldn't understand his accent very well, so he drew a sketch for me right away. The room is large, but the furniture is a bit old. The door in the bathroom wouldn't close (not interesting for me as a solo traveller), but I'm sure that can be fixed quickly. The room has a standing fan. I didn't take part in the breakfast, but around 8:30 a.m. you have to be prepared for loud chair moving. Late risers need good earplugs. All in all a nice stay and nice ambience.

first arrived the staff give not pleasant room , and I did ask for better room and I got it. it should be never give unpleasant room in the first place

Nice room and bathroom. It was in floor with stairs. Outside there was a shelf for drying clothes. The pool is really big, deep enough and clean. Stuff also nice.

Breakfast is really basic - plain toast+jam+butter or toast filled with banana. Plus tea/coffee and fruit plate - usually three pieces of papaja and pineapple. As the price is really low, you should take the breakfast more as a bonus.

Great location! I stayed in this hotel the first night when I arrived to Bali and happily came back again the last night before I was going back home. It is very close to the airport and just in the centre of Kuta, all the warungs, shops, markets and bars are in a walking distance! But it’s quiet and calm in the night. The beach is 10mins by walk. The room is very simple, but spacious and clean, it has everything you need for a short stay. My room was just with a fan so it got a bit hot in there, but I knew about that when I was booking the room and I didn’t mind really as I stayed just for one night. :) Other rooms are with AC. Hot water in the shower all the time and a little balcony. Very beautiful setting with a gorgeous and clean swimming pool sorrounded with many palm trees and plants so it looks like a little jungle.🌴I felt very relaxed there! Staff is super friendly and kind! The owner is an amazing guy and I felt very welcomed there.😊Thank you for everything! The price is super cheap. So absolutely great value for the money! When I’m back to Bali I will definitely stay again! 🙏🏽

The pool is great, bedding smelled amazing and room was really clean. Staff are friendly and they have undercover parking for your scooter. You can also rent a scooter from the owner which is convenient. Location is amazing, a bit of a walk to the beach but certainly duable. 800m away from Sky Garden and other bars.

Very basic and noisy but we slept fine, its pretty normal for kuta centre.
