Our room was comfortable & we enjoyed the balcony & view of the beautiful garden. Loved the Pool area, bar & breakfast/restaurant open air feel. The staff are very friendly & go out of their way to look after us. This was our second time at the Dewi Sri. Location is very good. Just a short walk to the beach via Poppys 11 & the Beachwalk shopping centre. There are some excellent restaurants nearby. We can recommend Coaster & Crumb which is just off Poppys 11 for a healthier choice.

The bed was a little uncomfortable & pillows were low. The Dewi Sri is attracting a certain type of Aussie as there are a number of Tattoo Shops nearby. There was a large group staying there this time.

I like the peace and quiet of my room. Big rooms and the fridge very important for me. Staff very nice. The cats are reliant on hotel guests to be fed. I used the ashtray on the outdoor table to feed the cats every night. They are not fed by the hotel. I appeal to all the cat lovers out there. Feed the cats at the Dewi Sri.

I did not like the music nights. Very loud music, not to everyone's taste and in the hotel you want peace and quiet. There is enough noise anywhere else. I didn’t like the music when I was in the pool either. But they love their background noise. And there were not enough seats around the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dewi Sri Hotel. This was our first trip with our three children and the family room served its purpose well. As parents, we really liked that we could close off the children's room, especially at night time after they'd gone to sleep. This meant we could still chat, have a drink and watch tv without waking them. The staff were amazing with our children, always smiling, saying hello, giving hi-5's and learning their names. We also enjoyed the location, very easy to get around Legian/Kuta area, taxi's right at the end of the lane way and the lane way itself, meaning that the road was not super busy the second you left the hotel grounds. For a two star hotel, we were very impressed and would absolutely recommend to others and stay again!

The beds were a little hard for our liking, but it definitely wouldn't stop us from staying again.

we enjoyed the friendliness of the other guests. the pool was great, especially being opened until 11pm. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were serviced daily..free breakfast..there's plenty of places to eat nearby, not far from Poppies II.

the breakfast was ok, but got a bit mundane after a few days..we were fortunate to have a ground floor room as there's lots of stairs going to the 3rd/4th floor. Our patio area, fenced with plants, unfortunately trapped the heat, unlike the balconies on the above floors. I wouldve liked to be closer to the beach. 20% tax on food and drinks made it quite expensive to eat or drink there.

This is a LEGIT hidden gem, I had the best stay here! The staff - Firstly, the security guards at the entrance are so so friendly, hard working and always so polite! They really make you feel very secure - thank you. The cleaning staff are also so so polite and do an excellent job cleaning. The room is big, clean, comfortable bed, and toiletries are provided. The facilities are great, pool very big, swim up bar. There is also room service and massage on site (I didn't use but good to have). Also, the gardens just make it feel very serene and an escape from the busy road. Very quiet. Overall, for the price, 10/10.

Food is quite expensive, with almost a 20% tax

We have been in many hotels in this area, over the years, but this one was certainly the best for the money so far. Every day new bottles of water, new towels and new bedsheets. Cleaning was very good, pool was nice and clean and not busy (septembre). Breakfast was buffet, eggs and pancakes were baked when you ordered them. Massage area in the garden, very cheap. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Next time we are not going to look further, straight back to this hotel.

If I have to mention something, the coffee at breakfast was not the best and not a lot choices in bread. I went to the supermarket, 5 minutes walk, for a good coffee.

The pool and pool bar were simply amazing, and the dedicated kids’ pool was a great addition—perfect for toddlers. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with live pancake and omelette stations adding a nice touch. Our room was neat and clean, and we really appreciated that the kitchen remained open even late at night. The location is super convenient—just 150 meters from the main street, where you’ll find plenty of supermarkets and restaurants

While most of the staff were courteous, we did notice that a few team members in the breakfast area came across as a bit rude. A little more attentiveness and warmth would certainly enhance the guest experience.

The grounds were beautiful. The room was clean and there was a TV with Foxtel channels. The air conditioning was great. The location is very central to lots of shops or short gojek to Legian. The pool area was fabulous lots of sunloungers and a great swim up bar. This hotel is very good value for money. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast was not great hardly any options but for the price we paid for the hotel this is understandable .Lots of great cafes in walking distance for breakfast anyway. Beds were very hard and definitely could benefit from a softer mattress.

Very impressed! Superbly clean! Very nice complex & we’ve booked to stay an extra night minutes before checkout, then our last night before fly out too. The complex has a superb guest info folder in the room, room service, great bar & restaurant, pool is good. Have on-site massage, ice cream. Really everything you need. Rooms have fantastic Air con & are bright & light. We didn’t get a room with large bed, but they happily pushed together 2 twins. Works fine. Good selection of TV channels too. Fantastic hot water & pressure. Right near memorial & tons of shopping, bars & food. I really can’t fault this place & would absolutely stay here again! Well we are… already booked.
