Our room was comfortable & we enjoyed the balcony & view of the beautiful garden. Loved the Pool area, bar & breakfast/restaurant open air feel. The staff are very friendly & go out of their way to look after us. This was our second time at the Dewi Sri. Location is very good. Just a short walk to the beach via Poppys 11 & the Beachwalk shopping centre. There are some excellent restaurants nearby. We can recommend Coaster & Crumb which is just off Poppys 11 for a healthier choice.

The bed was a little uncomfortable & pillows were low. The Dewi Sri is attracting a certain type of Aussie as there are a number of Tattoo Shops nearby. There was a large group staying there this time.

Great little hotel couple min walk from the main strip. Staff from reception to room attendants very friendly. My room was kept spotless everyday with clean towels and sheets. Greet pool layout with swim up bar. I staid 2 weeks here which is unusual for me but felt comfortable. Massage lady really nice and only £6 for an hour massage I had plenty of them 😃 The were no kettle in the rooms but if you ask they'll give you one with water provided every day.

Normally I get breakfast with my stay but this time glad i didn't. Only 4 variety of breakfast to chose from. I had few times at hotel for convenience but wasn't worth the money. Drinks are bit pricy with added tax on top. I mean £1.80 fot a cola in Bali. Snack menu wasn't to bad

we enjoyed the friendliness of the other guests. the pool was great, especially being opened until 11pm. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were serviced daily..free breakfast..there's plenty of places to eat nearby, not far from Poppies II.

the breakfast was ok, but got a bit mundane after a few days..we were fortunate to have a ground floor room as there's lots of stairs going to the 3rd/4th floor. Our patio area, fenced with plants, unfortunately trapped the heat, unlike the balconies on the above floors. I wouldve liked to be closer to the beach. 20% tax on food and drinks made it quite expensive to eat or drink there.

The property was amazing at this price. The room that we booked was amazing but the toilet seat was stained badly (though clean) But even after such a great room we couldn't work with the toilet seat. The staff was kind enough to change our room (they even upgraded it) But tbh our older room was prettier and had a better view. Overall it was nice. Pool was great.

The upgraded room given to us didn't have a functional window and had no view (from inside the room) though it was right in front of the pool. And the toilet seat here was stained too, though less than our original room. So, not sure why such an amazing property is not getting it's seat changed🤔

We have been in many hotels in this area, over the years, but this one was certainly the best for the money so far. Every day new bottles of water, new towels and new bedsheets. Cleaning was very good, pool was nice and clean and not busy (septembre). Breakfast was buffet, eggs and pancakes were baked when you ordered them. Massage area in the garden, very cheap. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Next time we are not going to look further, straight back to this hotel.

If I have to mention something, the coffee at breakfast was not the best and not a lot choices in bread. I went to the supermarket, 5 minutes walk, for a good coffee.

Very impressed! Superbly clean! Very nice complex & we’ve booked to stay an extra night minutes before checkout, then our last night before fly out too. The complex has a superb guest info folder in the room, room service, great bar & restaurant, pool is good. Have on-site massage, ice cream. Really everything you need. Rooms have fantastic Air con & are bright & light. We didn’t get a room with large bed, but they happily pushed together 2 twins. Works fine. Good selection of TV channels too. Fantastic hot water & pressure. Right near memorial & tons of shopping, bars & food. I really can’t fault this place & would absolutely stay here again! Well we are… already booked.

Everything was very clean. Some nice extra touches like sun cream supplied, mosquito spray in room etc. rooms supplied were very close to pool and lovely bright colours. Cheery overall and a great place to have our family, all 3 rooms we booked were next to each other. Friendly staff. Great pool.

A small shade over a section of the pool would have been good as it’s in full sun all day. Drove me crazy needing to carry around money or card even if in pool to order a drink as cannot book to room. Breakfast very basic, perhaps some pancake toppings and extra hot selections would have been good. Also some extra comfy lounges to sit around main area would have been nice. Overall though good value for money.

First time staying here, just needed 1 night before moving to next accommodation & friends had recommended it. The Hotel staff were all welcoming and the Hotel itself very clean, well set out, lovely grounds and nice clean big pool with plenty of sun lounges. Also has a pool bar. We booked a Standard room, including breakfast and was a very good price for 2 people! The room itself was quite big, comfortable bed & pillows, decent bathroom with walk in shower. Had a very cold, fridge, a/c which worked well, soap & shampoo provided, TV (not Smart TV but lots of channels still) and block out curtains which kept the room dark for a sleep in! The room was very close to the pool, restaurant & reception It didn't have a kettle but we knew that when we booked. Breakfast was lovely, I've read some reviews saying it's average but was certainly sufficient- egg station, fruit, toast, muffins, pancakes, coffee, tea, juice and Indonesian foods as well. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was fresh and lovely, some might say a little pricey compared to other places but it's a restaurant within a Hotel so think that's normal, wasn't overly expensive though.... All in all a very pleasant stay for the night! Next time we'll try a Superior Room (think they have a kettle ☺️)

Only one minor thing which not so much didn't like but a bit strange! The main light switch in the room turns EVERYTHING off except a/c & fridge. You can't then turn on a bedside lamp for example or the light to the toilet unless you turn the main switch on which then turns all the lights on! No big issue really though!

The staff are fantastic :) Bar staff, Housekeeping, reception, security. So friendly and welcoming they love to laugh and joke with you. Food was great and fast service. The drink choice needs to be better. They didnt sell wine but it was in the menu. I was dissapointed about that because i love my wine. The spirit selection was quite poor. However the bar staff more than make up for the lack here. The pool was lovely, comfortable sun loungers and even some good tunes playing. Breakfast was not great and the coffee was terrible. Invest in a good coffee machine is my advice here. My partner loves his short black coffees first thing and we had to go down the street a good 15 minute walk to get this. The place was kept beautiful and clean everywhere. The beds are too hard and not comfy at all. I asked for a double bed and we got two twin beds pushed together. Very uncomfortable and we both had a sore back. Overall for the price paid this was a great hotel for anyone travelling on a budget. Special mention to Dwi Indra he made me a beautiful white rose the little cutie and Lana Krisnanda. I forgot our housekeeping guys name but he was a legend
