This place was our Home away from Home! This was my families first time in a new country, and it wouldn’t have been so easy & comfortable without the staff! By the end of the week, this was our family ! It’s in a great location, walking distance to Mart, ATM, shopping, tattoo shops, bars & restaurants. Our room was huge, aircon was cold & bathroom had amazing water pressure. I would recommend using their express laundry service . Costs between $13-$20 depending on size , and it smelt amazing ! Came washed, ironed and so neatly folded and compact for suit case !!

If I had to pick at anything, it would be the bed … it was a little stiff for my liking, but that’s personal preference!

Great location. Lovely setting with fish ponds. Staff friendly and speak good English. Standard room has no fridge or tea/coffee facilities.. but they have free tea/coffee at reception.good size pool Lovely and clean...but access in/out for 70yr old is not good. Its via a small pool and over a wall... bed is comfortable. With doona no top sheet. And quite lumpy pillow. Frog noises over night were loud and disruptive to a light sleeper.. but otherwise is quiet as back from road so no traffic noise. My first night there was loud drumming ceremonial music coming from a temple next door up until about 10.45pm.

Hotel was located in the central area of Kuta but was very quiet at night due to the rooms' location being away from the street; room was spacious, aircon cool, wifi quick, bed and pillows were comfy, sockets and light switch by the bed, hanger and drying rack available; pool was wide enough to do laps, pool lounge area was comfortable, shaded by trees; 15-20 min walk to the beach; lots of food options nearby, including convenience stores

Bath's hot and cold shower cannot be controlled (pls have room 102 fixed); no shower / toilet area near the pool; sofa looked really dirty; found a dead cockroach under the bedside cabinet

Staff are very helpful, especially when the airline cancelled our flight at 1.30 AM. We returned to the hotel and were given our room back, so we could get some sleep. Staff very helpful here. The pool is also nice and is about 1.6-1.7m deep with a shallower kids pool to the side. Considering the location its surprisingly quiet, being set back from Legian Road about 40-50 metres.

Our room could have been a bit lighter (no windows, ground floor) and the electrical lighting was a bit average. Bathroom smelled intensely of cleaner/"carbol". Showers are HOT - scaldingly hot. Be warned - especially with kids. Pillows a bit tired and could be upgraded

central location on Jl Legian but down a driveway so no noise. I paid for a more costly room and it was excellent - bigger and more modern. has a lovely large pool

it’s the base for ladies of the night so don’t be surprised or offended. I was not woken throughout the night . Breakfast is minimal consists toast and an omelette. not worth ordering.

This is my second time staying here. It's a lovely authentic place to stay with gorgeous gardens ,great pool and helpful staff. In a great location across from the AMV Shooters bar where great live music happens. Quiet and family friendly hotel. My bedroom had a comfy bed,great air con and also a big verandah.

There was a musty smell in my room that stayed around for my three nights. I don't think it's the Hotel fault, it seems to be common in these areas. I think is just a Bali thing. I got used to it, so all good.

We booked this as our previous hotel was too far away from the locations we wanted to visit, and they accommodated us. It is in a fab location off Legian Jl, but quiet enough to forget you are in the middle of it all. The pool was fab and nice and clean, the room was clean (mattress was quite saggy and pillows were not great) but all linen was clean. Really good value hotel.

Great place right in the middle of the night life of Kuta. The pool looks good but did not use due to fresh tattoos. I'm considering staying there for at least a few nights next trip.

There are doing a lot of renovating and work around the grounds, so there was a lot of noise going on. I assume it will be completed soon and am keen to see the results of the new bridges over the fish ponds and upgrades to the grounds. For the price I paid the work going on did not bother me.

Spacious rooms, bathroom was fine. Location is great! Right over the road from Shooters and Espresso bar for late night partying! Pool looked good but couldn't use due to new tattoos.

Renovations going on so was a bit of noise but will be great once finished :)

The room was nice and big, the staff was polite, everything was clean and their restaurant was nice with reasonable prices, Wi-Fi was good.

Personal preference, we didn't like the area as there were a lot of bars in the area, and we were hoping for more culture.
