We had a two bedroom apartment with a balcony, and it was very spacious and comfortable for 4 of us. All the facilities were great and nothing more to ask. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It has 4 beautiful swimming pools. About 10 mins walk to Kuta beach and the Beach walk shopping mall. We really enjoyed staying at Kuta Town House and happy to back again.

It was a bit difficult to get a taxi back to the apartment because of very narrow streets, but we could manage it by taking off a bit earlier on the main road and walking.

The staff at KTH were next level! Every day we were greeted with a smile. They were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Keep up the great effort. Some feedback about the staff uniforms would be, they would look amazing in a more traditionally designed uniform. Keep up the great customer service guys!

Our bathroom needed updating but I understand they opened in Dec 2023 and are still upgrading the facility. A brand new UHD TV was installed for us as part of this upgrade. The rooms themselves are at a good standard and the beds are great to sleep on. The other piece of feedback is, the electric points in the kitchen need to be looked at. The kettle and microwave didn't always work, you had to wiggle the plug. Otherwise a great stay.

My partner, myself and our 2 girls stayed here for a week. The hotel staff we so nice, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The breakfast was beautiful every morning. Our girls particularly loved coming back to the cleaned room to see what animal they had made them out of the towels. The restaurant food was great, we ended up eating at the hotel most nights. The selection of pools was great for adults and children. Could not have been happier with our stay and we can't wait to come back. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so good!

Absolutely Amazing staff in particular Reception staff Vina & Donna, housekeeping Wayan, chef Adi & Kristina in dinning. Security guards were also awesome! All were absolutely amazing,very kind, patient, helpful, accomodating, informative and just great people! Thank you all for looking after our family & making our stay great! We miss you all! The 2 bedroom apartment was a great size, with two bathrooms and an extra toilet and a Good size balcony. Our room was quiet, couldn’t hear a thing once inside, including the construction happening next door. The use of the pool table entertained my family well. Was spoilt for choice with 4 decent sized swimming pools!

The location was close to main Kuta Streets, but the narrow alleyways make it difficult for larger vehicles to get down, meaning a lot of the time GoJek drivers would only go so far, our family consisted of 5 guests so needed 7 seater gojeks. it’s ok during the day, but makes it a little difficult at night with tired children. Elevator not working made it difficult with luggage although the staff were fantastic and helped us with our luggage.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting us by name. I love that they are very personable. Breakfast was amazing and delicious and we enjoyed it very much. It was also nice that we could sit at the pool to eat the breakfast. Even the Chef and the cook were friendly and very nice and we would like to thank them very much for working very hard every morning. And it was also in a nice and quiet location with out the noise of the traffic. We would like to say a very big THANKYOU to beautiful Kristina for her lovely service at breakfast time. Also Adi and Yogi are lovely staff also. A big thank you to everyone at KTH. xx

There is nothing to bad to write about as there was nothing that we did not like while we were there.

For the price, this hotel is great location is just around the corner from everything you need, walking distance to the beach and shops alike. The room is spacious, especially for one but a couple would be fine. the bathroom is nothing to write home about but again, it's clean and the shower was great! like a waterfall on your head.

The neighbouring property is under construction so common building noises were present each day. But nothing that woke me up in the morning or disturbed the peace when lazing by the pool.

Very helpful and friendly staffs. Room layout facilities are nice (we took a 2-bedroom family apartment, with kitchen included yay!). Family-friendly place, nice park and pool. Recommended place if you're looking for a place for family holiday, close to the beach and Kuta shopping area.

Location: quite a distance from the main roads, and the lanes leading to the place are very narrow, quite difficult for cars. Because it just reopened, not all facilities are ready yet (such as lift/elevator). Since the place just reopened (been less than 3 months), hopefully things will get better.

Nice big spacious rooms

When I arrived, the security guard immediately helped me with my luggage because it was broken from the flight, and I immediately went to pick up some tools to fix it. Unbelievably kind. Dona (I hope I spell her name right. Otherwise, I do apologise) welcomed me with a smile and helped me with the check-in. The place is beautiful! Both swimming pools are clean and quiet (also for the period, maybe), and it was a blessing. The room was clean, fresh, and cool (due to the hot weather here), and it was provided with water, a kettle with coffee and teas, shampoos, and body wash. The bed is a 10! With the pillows, I truly slept like a baby. My favourite meal was breakfast, and it surprised me that they provided cold and hot food! 😍 Jugs of tea & coffee and fresh juices. Whenever I am back in Kuta, I will come back here. Thank you, everybody! You are great!
