when we arrived , there was some problem about the payment from booking. com. We will not give you the passport back , we thought it was payed . This was at the front desk. Of course we would pay if it was not right, but this was not good. We have had a good stay,

Excellent staff, they were very friendly, very comfortable; all the amenities were superb. Especially the buffet breakfast is worth the penny, so many dishes & high quality. The room was very well maintained & so nice room service. Highly recommended for couples.

The location of the property is quite risky & local. We were chain snatched infront of the hotel. Be careful.

I had an amazing experience at The Kana Kuta Hotel! I arrived before the official check-in time and decided to leave my luggage at the front desk while I explored the area. To my surprise, when I returned to check in, the hotel staff had already taken the time to place my luggage in my room. I was so impressed by their attentiveness and thoughtfulness. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was seamless from the start. It’s this kind of exceptional service that truly sets The Kana Kuta apart, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Bali!

We stayed for 4 days and it was quite a pleasant experience. The highlight of the hotel is its pool and dining area which is very tastefully done. Our room included breakfast which was very elaborate and good. The staff even packed us a breakfast box on one of the days when we had to start early. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, housekeeping does a great job and staff at all places are very friendly and helpful.

We had a double room on the top floor which I would expect to have a nice view but all we got was a room facing some dirty open space and an eyesore of an old building.

A comfortable hotel with friendly and professional staff tucked away on a side street and away from the traffic. Any issues were resolved very quickly and efficiently, including when there was a problem with housekeeping noise in the room upstairs at night. About 25minutes walk to the beach. Room was clean, spacious, quiet (with good sound insulation between rooms) and comfortable. (We opted for a pool view room with a balcony). We appreciated that smoking was not allowed on the balconies, so we didn't have to endure smoke from others. Wifi was good. A good bed but the heavy duvet meant we had to turn the air conditioning down at night! Fortysense Coffee just across the road has excellent barista coffee!

Very friendly staff (btw the female staffs a super cute). Super nice greeting where they make you feel like you are very precious. Has a peaceful bar, clean swimming pool, different type of rooms, breakfast, lunch & dinner. Food was nice (Asian & Western). Strategic location: near to the airport, mall, KFC, a seafood restaurant in walking distance & a K Circle mart (like 7e) in case we need to grab anything real quick.

Hotel has security at the front so it feels safe. The pool is clean and relaxing. There is a safe in the room. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillow are comfortable. There doesn't seem to be too much nearby but you can easily take a Grab or Gojek. The rooms with balcony have a clothes drying rack. The cost is great for what you get.

Although the restaurant has vegetarian options, it should also have clearly marked gluten free and vegan options as well.

good value for money, helpful staff, nice simple rooms which are comfortable and close to the international airport. The communal areas, include a large swimming pool which is kept very clean, small gym area beside the pool, plenty of sofas, sun loungers and table & chairs to choose from which are all kept clean and tidy. t The cafe/restaurant provides daily buffet breakfast for 75IDR pp per day and lunch menu options finishing at 5.30pm.

Very loud music in the communal areas, including the swimming pool area from morning until evening which was disturbing when trying to relax on sun lounger The hotel does not provide dinner which is a little inconvenient when you don’t want to go out every night.

Very close to the airport, rooms were 10/10, breakfast buffet was 10/10 great value for money, the staff is what make my stay so good from the security staff to reception and the restaurant staff they all made me feel very welcomed.

The only thing was the wifi but that's about it nothing else. If professionals were to stay they would definitely struggle as at times even though it shows up as connected no internet was available for any of my devices which made me spend quite a bit of money on mobile data

The location of the hotel from the Airport made it perfect for us as we were looking for a place to sleep before moving to our next destination. Our flight arrived at 9PM and the hotel provides late check-in which allowed us to be able to arrive after our flight. The room and amenities you get for the price is very good! The service at the hotel was also very good and everyone was friendly!

We only stayed here one night, so there wasn't much to review. However, for the price you pay, the room and facilities was surprisingly good.
