I had an amazing 9-day stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely incredible – everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Alan, the security officer, who went above and beyond when my friend was unwell. He showed genuine care and kindness by driving her to the hospital and ensuring she was safe. Alan's assistance truly made a difference and reflected the excellent service of the hotel. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and caring environment. Rooms were to small and the advertising did not match the hotel

Breakfast is good. The bed is very comfortable. The room is quite spacey. The hotel is linked to a shopping mall.

The swimming pool is under construction, which was not mentioned in the website. Although they arrange for another swimming pool at another hotel, it is quite a hassle to get there. There are no covered driveway in front of the hotel. When it rains, you can get wet getting from your cab to the hotel.

This place was clean, location great and had everything we needed for a stay close to the airport before our next destination. We had the family loft room which overlooked the pool. The pool was great and welcomed after a hot day walking around Kuta. Also, the food in the restaurant was very good, I highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and super helpful for things

Our loft apartment was small, but it didn’t bother us for 2 nights. It was just a little cramped around the bathroom/kitchen space. The pool was nice but there was not really anywhere to sit by the pool apartment from a deck at the very end. Overall I would say these things are very minor and I would definitely stay again if only a few nights but if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for longer like a week you might want to consider another place

Breakfast was good. There was an ample spread of food - western, Indonesian and Chinese. Tea, coffee, juices, cereal were all available. There was adequate seating, but maybe that's because my family went down for early breakfast both mornings.

For a family of 3, reception could have given 2 key cards instead of just 1. We took a loft family room. The layout of the toilet and shower was too tight, given that these two very private areas have frosted glass walls. There is hardly any room in the shower to hang clothes and change after the floor has been wet. The toilet is also so small that it's difficult to use as a changing room.

1. Limited Parking: The hotel has limited parking lots, which can be a slight inconvenience for guests with vehicles. 2. AC Issues: In room 733, the air conditioning didn't work as efficiently as expected, impacting the room's comfort.

It was a very beautiful and clean room and hotel in general. The stuff was very polite and helpful.

The pool only has sun in the morning because of the building all around. Although the breakfast was big, it didn't have a lot of European breakfast choices, most of the foods were Indonesian and spicy.

How convenient getting to Mal Galeria from back gate, walking distance...

The lift always breaks down during the stay.. My 4th time with the hotel & the lifts still keep breaking down.. The Mini Bar Fridge not cold at all in the hotel room..

staff were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check out late as we had a late flight. The pool was great and breakfast was included and had a good variety of different foods.

The layout of the family room wasn’t amazing, the stairs up to the loft were very steep not great for young children. Not a fan of the frosted glass door on the toilet and shower.
