stayed here for two nights few days ago when i had a short trip to kuta during chinese new year.the villa is big,and it has purple curtain,so i had a lavender-like stay,haha.the pool is amazing,did swim in it during the stay.very relaxing and memorable.TV is good,no problem,watched a korean drama every night.inside the room,it has a fridge,two wardrobes. the bathroom is big,toilet and shower room separated.also,it has a bathtub,i think it once was a massage bathtub,but now just a common bathtub.you can book breakfast via WA,and have it at your room or at their restaurant (havana pool club). service is great,staffs friendly. you can keep your luggage at their office when check out. the location is strategic, located at a very busy road,but a bit far from kuta center.better call gojek or grab if you want to go to any places. be noted that the driver always stop at the rear door instead of front entrance,so do wait them at the rear exit. will be back again for sure, highly recommended!

the front door is hard to close,and cant open the bathroom door,only the bedroom door no problem.

Lovely villa with amazing staff. We booked for 2 nights, non refundable. Our 2nd leg of flight got changed, we wrote them an email 18 hours before arrival and they switched our booking without a problem. We chose this location because it is close to airport so booked 2 nights just to see it and ended up staying 6 nights. Furniture is old and there is one electrical outlet by the bed, the blackdown curtains are not really black, and the tub in the bathroom is just a bath tub, the jets are not working (they are not advertised as hot tub, so ok). What we loved was that we had our peace and quite, our own pool and we were very close to many things, to walk or with a car. AC worked perfectly fine, fridge too. We had breakfast included, but we didn't use it because we don't eat breakfast. Didn't hear the airport or traffic. Mosque was heard sometimes, but faintly. If you are not looking for luxurious accommodation, this is a place for you.

Water pressure was off sometimes. Electrical outlet on one side of the bed was just wires, so we used only one on the other side of the bed.

Overall the villa was nice. It is an older property. The bedroom and bathroom was nice and spacious. It was beautiful. The marble floors and walls were beautiful. The bedroom gave a tropical/jungle feel with the mosquito netting. The private pool was nice for relaxing in the evening. The spa service was nice.

Updates to the bathroom fixtures are needed. Other minor updates would be beneficial as well.

Nice Villas and friendly staff The room service food and the Havana restaurant is fantastic and great value.

Can be a bit noisey if other villa occupants want to party until 5am Lots of cats on the property which come into your villas trying to get food etc

The villa was beautiful! the pool was a good size and well kept, the room had great air con, the bed was nice and cozy, bug spray and netting around the bed helped keep mosquitoes out, and the bathroom was great! the spa bath was nice and deep so easy to share :)

The room was a little outdated, with older furniture and some things that didn’t work like the jets in the bath and the tv wasn’t great, only YouTube would work and the connection would come and go (I think due to a faulty chord), and the doors wouldn’t fully close which let mosquitoes in - however, as mentioned above the netting and spray helped a lot.

It's almost a perfect stay! The room is spacious, there's a bath tub. The shower and toilet is separated. The pool and the swing are so good. The bed is comfortable!

The water in the shower room is too small... I can't really have shower there... We used the bath tub instead. The staff came to check and fix, but doesn't help much. But I'm still appreciate that!

Place very close to airport and close to the beach by scooter. It was nice to jump into the pool after long day and relax in front of the house.

Entrance scared me out a bit, which look like abandoned building on busy street but apartments are further away and it’s very nice from the inside. I know that private pool is costly but it could be a bit cheaper in my opinion.

Overall everything was perfect and as per expectations.

Limited choice of vegetarian food. Location was a bit far from the beach, though manageable

lovely and helpful staff. they had scooter organised when I arrived. room was perfect with own private pool. air conditioner was lovely and cold.

from the outside, the villas look unoccupied and run down. lavender villas is actually located down the lane way past the original building. even though I had a scooter, I kept getting lost. this is not the best area but Kuta has definately gone down hill over COVID and would avoid until it gets cleaned up a bit. ( not the villas fault of course ) I couldn’t fault them.

The breakfast was average Balinese dish.

The property furnitures and amenities could've been updated. Everything was outdated
